It is located along mango avenue just after Marshall Bar. It is an intermediate lot. A small cafe but a cool place. They have a very experienced bar tender and two lovely girls to assist. Always smiling and good service. Price of a San Miguel is P70. Beer is cold. Around 9pm a guy singing solo all kinds of country... More

A friend and I went there. We were looking for a cool place with a good vibe and I think Viva Cafe was exactly what we were looking for. The bartender was a real mixologist and the drinks were amazing, super fresh and well mixed. The food was very good too. I will go back there again for sure!

Viva cafe is a great place to start the night, there is usually a nice foreigner crowd. The energy of the place is great and they have the best Gin and tonic with a slice of zucchini amazing!!! Its a must if your in Cebu

I'm not into bars before I go to Viva... When a friend of mine invited me there, I go without any idea about bars and stuffs... but I know what a bar should look like - stools, stage, and beers of course.. When we go inside Viva, it's far from my expectation... A cool ambiance plus friendly staffs.. I can... More

Viva cafe is one of the best bars to hangout after work since this is where you can enjoy your food and chill out with friends. And of course, over good beers.| Cheerya!!!

We'd already eaten before we got there, so can't comment on the food. The bars around Mango are passe, and I rarely go there. I'd heard good things about Viva so thought I'd give it a try. Good band playing sounds appropriate to the clientele. But most of all it was the general friendliness of the staff that made the... More

Finally a place where they know how to make real cocktails. Try the Black Russians and Mojitos. Chilled out atmosphere, my friends and I had lots of fun at Viva, will definitely go back again.
