We had a blast yesterday the skin was good and meat was so tender you can even see the spices - putting it into the vinegar seems an insult a blissful lechon experience. Better than CnT lechon i think🐖🐖🐖

This is not the real Cebu lechon, taste wise: Zubuchon taste like Lechon from Manila, bland and you need Mang Thomas to kick the flavor. Very disappointed with the taste. Irresistible taste with a different twist of crispyness very apppropriate with adobong kangkong with chicharon bits on top of it what more can you ask for. Perfect for pasalubong because the packaging is great.

The pork is to die for, so juicy and tender. The beer was good and cold. Service was great too. Pity there were no tables inside, we went to the Cebu IT park area.

Ate here twice, first in 2011 in Mango Branch then 2nd time in Escario. Service is great and food is excellent. Was looking forward to ordering the stuffed squid and crab but alas had a severe allergy attack so back to good ol lechon. Not a fan of lechon but will make an exception for this. Ate here several times during our stay in Cebu, the place was really clean air conditioned, friendly staff and the lechon was superb. Can't recommend highly enough.
