We serve roast pork as the main dish, with nearly three dozen other Filipino dishes that are either include roast pork or are pork-free complementary dishes. We offer an extensive seafood menu in three of our restaurants as well as many vegetable dishes and natural local fruit shakes. This is the roast pork that Chef and TV Host Anthony Bourdain declared as "The Best Pig, Ever!" On his No Reservations episode on the Philippines. Had our dinner on 16/5/15 (Saturday) night. Service is good, waitress recommended famous dish to us, what sauce to be dipped and etc. Food is good with reasonable price. It's located 0.2km from our hotel, opposite 7-11 and Jolibee, easy to find.

This new "must to do thing" in the visitors guide is a new experience. The frozen lechon (boneless or with bone) and the pig innards (frozen lamayo) are readily available. The only times they are out of stock is due to the unbelievable demand it has produced due to the Anthony Bourdain (world food critic) endorsement. I bought 3 boneless... More

Not for the diet conscious. The food was rich and flavoursome. Be aware there are not many diet soda choices in Cebu in a lot of the smaller resteraunts

Stumbled into this place on a hot summer day. Damn I'm glad I did! This is first rate food in a nice, clean, trendy vibe. Friendly staff serving some damn good pork. I even tried the pork blood soup and it was awesome!!! Really!! Will come again, many times.

Compared to the other Lechon places in the city, Zubuchon can easily be found around the city and even at the airport. It has become a popular place to go and eat the world famous Cebu Lechon. Quality has however gone down. Given the massive scale of the expansion undertaken by the chain, keeping quality to the high level it... More

A solid 3/5 The service tends to be towards the high-end restaurants, however they lack some 101 restaurant knowledge. Yes, the order was taken in a timely manner... but that`s about it. In short, we had a table for 2 with the following: Lechon, Deep fried calamari rings and an eggplant and tomato salad. We got the eggplant salad at... More

Visited the Escario mall outlet as I was staying nearby... had to try the famous Cebu liempo (roast pork) once I got there. The restaurant was very clean and modern. The pork skin was crunchy and the meat juicy... and you can buy the pork rind back as a gift too.
