We serve roast pig as the main dish, with nearly three dozen other Filipino dishes that are either based on roast pork, or complementary dishes. We have seafood, vegetables and fresh local fruit shakes. This is the pig that Chef and TV Host Anthony Bourdain declared as "The Best Pig, Ever!" on his No Reservations episode on the Philippines. It's really a must try for people who like port

The Lechon Prices are on the high side when compared to other Cebu lechons, but when compared to Metro Manila lechon prices, it still is quite cheap. (To compare, elar's/ manila is already about 700.00/ kg) The good thing about their lechon is that every piece of meat is 'clean'. When you buy... read more

The best lechon and dinuguan I've ever tasted. I always come back whenever I'm in Cebu. As expected, when you're in Cebu, the customer service is always impeccable.

Yes, this was reviewed "the best pig, ever" by a very popular and reputable food authority... so we tried this joint for our team's celebration. We ordered A LOT and all dishes came with at least some bits of pork. Yes, even the vegetable dishes. We digged in, but soon find out that the taste is all superficial. Mainly because... More

We had our lunch here and the lechon was good but quite expensive. We went to Carcar and had half the price of whatt we ordered. Must try: tokwa't lechon. Must have HTN meds when you visit.

It was New Year's Day and the restaurants and retail shops opened late at 11:00 a.m. and noon time respectively. My former officemate and I met after so many years of working together and we had to search for a good restaurant which serve good food and relatively quiet so we can chat and catch up. Zubuchon opened a little... More

Popular with locals and tourists alike. You must go and try their crispy pork at their restaurant, we ordered a small portion to share and had to repeat the order. The restaurant is clean and bright, decor is modern and practical. Aside from their signature dish, we tried a couple of other dishes which were also good value and freshly... More

Great cuz there are sooo many choices in the menu. We have ordered the ordinary pork lechon and the boneless one in fast meal form. I would say that it really taste good but kinda expensive. The serving we had was really small. Not deserving for a 170 price. We also tried the halo halo and it feels like soo... More

...and for the most part it's true, to eat good Filipino food, you have to eat in someone's house. The change is coming and Manila seems well served. Zubuchon in Cebu is also breaking the trend by serving good, traditional Filipino food in a clean environment and at a reasonable price. Their Adobo doesn't use soy sauce, so is unusual... More
