We serve roast pig as the main dish, with nearly three dozen other Filipino dishes that are either based on roast pork, or complementary dishes. We have seafood, vegetables and fresh local fruit shakes. This is the pig that Chef and TV Host Anthony Bourdain declared as "The Best Pig, Ever!" on his No Reservations episode on the Philippines. For a taste of Filipino cuisine, in a clean, comfortable space, visit us at any of our branches in Cebu.

So-so lechon

I guess I expecting more after all the hype. The lechon was ok at best, I also found the one served to me a bit too salty to my liking. I also took home some for friends and elicited the same reaction.

Known for its lechon, of which Anthony Bourdain said it was the best pig he had ever eaten. I don't agree with Bourdain but the restaurant is actually good for tourists, residents, and all visitors to Cebu. First, to satisfy their curiousity why Bourdain said "the best pig ever" or something like that, and second, because it has so many... More

Like many others I came to try the famous lechon, I found it to be just ok. In fact everything we had at this restaurant in the three times we ate there was disappointing, except the adobo. The slow-cooked pork adobo was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. It is a perfect example of how... More

Love the food, the service, price is reasonable, food portion is good. Visitor must try the Cebu's famous Lechon and my kid's loves the Halo-halo. But not advisable with people with high-blood/cholesterol or heart problem. Will definitely go back again if given a chance to return to Cebu.

Since Cebu City is also known to have a tasty Roasted Pig or the Lechon. My friends and I tried Zubuchon. It’s so good you don’t need any sauce to go with it.

Tried Zubuchon, and it was okay. I was expecting a bit more due to the hype that it is super yummy. Even brought some home for my family to try. Same judgement.

Cebu is known for the roasted pig, and Zubuchon does not disappoint. Succulent and juicy very flavorful, crispy skin. Every time I come to Cebu I always try and make it over to zubuchon.

If you want to eat lechon then this is the place to go to. All of their dishes have lechon as it's meat. It's a bit pricey though. However, it's a good experience.
