First of all, it's hard NOT to remember the rather longish name. STK stands for the local dialect's term for grilled, sour soup, and pickled, a description of the type of food one can order in the restaurant. The ambience of this seafood house is unique. It's actually an old house with 1930s-1960s memorabilias and antiques. Their POS is even this old cash register. Their phones are the old ones with dials. Then the food. They serve authentic grilled Filipino dishes like the jaws of the tuna fish ("panga" in the local dialect) and innovative creations like curried crabs. Finally, the bill...US$7/head and you head out with a doggy bag! Good ambience, excellent food, and great value for money.

If you want to return back in time and see some memorabilia then this is the place. Most of the celebrities dined in this resto if they happened to visit Cebu.

The best seafood restaurant in town! The ambiance gives off that historic and homey feel with vintage pieces of furniture and religious relics that adorn the place and the walls of this rustic restaurant. The best sellers per category are to die for! We tried the grilled tuna belly, and every bite was divine! The taste goes deep into the... More

The seafoods are postively heaven. But their Lechon kawali is head and shoulders above everyone else's. Very tender and melt-in-your-mouth. A must-try!

I agree with the other reviews. Homey and affordable. You'll get both: quantity and quality. I went there with my parents. Total of our dinner is less than 1000php. I am a pescitarian, i only eat fish, seafood and veggies. Basically, this place is for me. They served us fresh seafood. Food is very delicious. I can really compare the... More

Amazed how they converted an old house into such a classy and homey restaurant. You would'nt mind the 15-20 minute waiting time for the food as you might get hooked on checking out some of their stuff which may have dated back 1900s. Such a great place for families and friends. Delicious Filipino dishes. Accommodating staff. You'll go home without... More

Recommended by Lonely Planet and now by us. We enjoyed our meal there. Great seafood at inexpensive cost. Karen, the owner, came by to see how we liked our meal and then took us on a 10 minute tour of the house that has been in her family for generations. Fantastic! What a personal touch and one that really impressed... More

After visiting STK four times our verdict is very positive. The setting in this very busy and popular restaurant is very interesting, lots of old artifacts reminding you about times gone by. But of course we go there for the excellent seafood menus. The quality of the ingredients is good and the cooking made with care and skill. ..... When... More

Like most restaurants that I've been to in Cebu City, this one is noisy and disorganized. For some reason management doesn't recognize that customers go their restaurants to have a conversation and enjoy the food. What you get here is noise, dishes banging and clanging right next to you as they clean up the table for the next customer. The... More

My apologies for the title, but i just cant help it to drop in the adjectives. Well, maybe that's the real meaning of it. Place is well known, so transportation will not be an issue. Physical Look is good on pictures so does in reality. Parking space is available but peak days will be different - good thing, guard or manager/owner... More

This restaurant offers one of the best seafood I ate. They have a grill in front of the place and they grill tuna collars and bell right in front of your sight. Great service, great price. A must place to visit during Cebu trip
