Description: First of all, it's hard NOT to remember the rather longish name. STK stands for the local dialect's term for grilled, sour soup, and pickled, a description of the type of food one can order in the restaurant. The ambience of this seafood house is unique. It's actually an old house with 1930s-1960s memorabilias and antiques. Their POS is even this old cash register. Their phones are the old ones with dials. Then the food. They serve authentic grilled Filipino dishes like the jaws of the tuna fish ("panga" in the local dialect) and innovative creations like curried crabs. Finally, the bill...US$7/head and you head out with a doggy bag! Good ambience, excellent food, and great value for money.

Me and my friend decided to eat in STK because of their baked scallops. The best scallops i have tasted by far. Their Shrimp in Garlic Sauce is also recommendable. The problem is that their service is very poor which is why I gave them a poor rating. I don't want to wait for almost an hour especially if i'm... More

I went there on a Saturday night, and the place was packed. It took the waiter 10 minutes just to take our order, and they didn't even bring us drinks until the meal was served. They never checked on how our food tasted (although it was delicious) and it took them a very very long time to get our bill.... More

We had wonderful food in this lovely family restaurant. Such a good surprise and so cheap compared to other places. The atmosphere is great and the owner so welcoming. You have to go there and try the hot and spicy calamares, the crabs and the tuna belly. So good ! Moreover the old house is full of old furnitures and... More

We were here on a Saturday and was happy that it's not crowded so we were able to get a seat right away. The place is very homey since I think it's an ancestral house and a lot of antiques are dispalyed on the house. We ordered Grilled tuna panga, sinigang na hipon and the baked scallops. Price of the... More

Went to STK on the recommendation of a friend for the first time last night. My wife and I were the first ones there when they opened at 5 PM. We ordered based on what the waiter recommended as most popular dishes, fish tinola soup and grilled fish, then ordered steamed broccoli and coconut juice to drink. Then we waited... More

My first time at Stk and it will not be my last! Absolutely delicious sea food. The stuffed crab in pepper sauce was delectable. The service was outstanding and it feels like home. All I can say is go,go,go!

Dec.21, 2014 this is a must stop any time you go to Cebu. With my wife, daughter, son in law and me we had a late dinner that consisted of lots of seafood and really piged out, I was disappointed that our favorite waiter was on vacation. Well deserved! I figured he would be one of the managers by now.... More

One of the best restaurant in Cebu City. I always make sure everytime I visit Cebu, I should eat here at least once together with my good friends. Our usual Best Foods are: 1. Panga 2. Crispy Pork Ulo 3. Mixed Seafood Kare-Kare 4. Suglaw 5. Baked Scallops Those are the best foods so far.

This is the best meals i ever have. My favorite here is the Tuna Sisig, you should try it. A lot of filipino food to choose from, and they have already expanded, paolisto's seafood house alredy opened their anex building across, another old house with full of antique collections.
