EXCELLENT PAELLA

Very nice and cozy little restaurant. We had to wait half an hour to get a table. We had to wait one hour for the paella, but its the best I've ever had. Well worth the wait. For tapas, we had chorizo ( very good ), gambas al ajillo ( disappointing, size of the shrimps are very very small... read more

The dining room is cute with some god photos and artwork setting the tone. There is a fantastic table made from a tree trunk that I wanted to sit at, but we were only 2 persons....sigh The menu is somewhat small in selections but not too bad. We chose mambas app and it was small shrimps sautéed in butter and... More

Nice place with good food; the location is also accessible. I must admit though that the main reason why I want to keep coming to this restaurant is because of the insanely delicious leche flan. It's taste takes me to a different world; seriously ^_^

Borned and raised in Spain but currently working in all over South Esat Asia the thing i miss the most is the food from my country, tried at least 8 spanish restaurants between Thailand, Indonesia, Malasya and China. By far this restaurant was the most authentic. Great location and amazing atmosphere, brought me back to Spain. The staff very friendly... More

Went last month, just an average restaurant. Dont think the Chef was in the night we went, as we were the only ones there. The food is cooked with a lot of oil, sorry i dont like that. Wont bother again

Food was good, location is also fine, and prices a bit upmarket, but if you can manage with few tapas, it is ok. Tapas are of very good quality, and I am spanish, so I know what I am talking about. I just missed some proper affordable wine... there are lots of wines that you can buy for 3 euros... More

Ipar took my money at the poker table, haha. But seriously, the paella is the best in cebu, the wings are great and super spicy, and the clams are cooked perfectly. If the prices were a bit lower I would be here every week, but instead I come once a month. No problems with service, very attentive waitresses. Overally, probably... More

Ours was a bit of a different affair. A friend of mine actually shot some ducks with a hunting party on another Island. He brought them to Ipar to prepare them. The ducks were prepared in a wine marinate for a couple of days and then roasted. We ordered several other entrées and side dishes form the menu as well.... More

I share those who said they found the following food good: paella, steak, gambas, chorizo. I stayed away from the fish fillet. I ate here 3 times, twice for lunch and once for dinner. The place on each occasion wasn't even half full. It is a pity as the food is good, the service efficiency was above average (but not... More
