Beehive has been around even before i was born. It's one of cebu's iconic places. Place does need some renovation but the service was just impressive and the food was awesome. Big servings and really good pork chops and steaks. No wonder they've been around for such a long time.

Beehive was, is and will always be a local favorite to a certain kind of Cebuano. The old rich spanish families, the elite, the educated of the day went as kids, then took their kids, then grandkids to eat at this restaurant. Families dined here, celebrated here and this was the place many years ago that was the place to... More

When I lived in the Philippines many years ago as a Peace Corps Volunteer, we loved the Beehive Restaurant for its elegance, its pies, its air conditioned comfort. Regrettably, it has stood still in time and has long lost its luster. A pity....

I was soo excited to try the place since I read some good reviews from the restaurant. Upon spotting the place, it really looked old, simple and casual but I was more expectant of their good food... We ordered the house specialty - ossobuco and callos. First to be served was the bread that taste really good with the butter.... More

This place is out of view from Cebu's big malls and dining strips. It's a small but comfy spot in the city. The waiters look like they've been there for a long time as evidenced by their mastery of the menu and quick suggestions for first-timers. Food was really good. We started with shrimp on french bread, dried strips of... More

A quaint, small mid scale resto tucked away from the malls, it has been in existence for as long as I can remember, and the waiters are the same people ever since. The food is good, i love their Lengua, callos, and osso bucco with their freshly baked french bread. The place is quiet with well mannered diners who are... More
