A good option for Filipino food. I enjoyed the fresh Lumpia and puto bum bum. However the dinuguan was a let-down during my last visit.

Good service staff, efficient service and great tasting Filipino food. It was a yummy treat indeed! You don't believe me, try it yourself! :) All the dishes were very good except for the drink. I'm just a bit disappointed with the Mango shake: We've tried several from different restaurants in Cebu and the one they serve was more milky than... More

This restaurant is offering very tasty Filipino food. I love the way they present the food but somehow very slow specially when we visit this restaurant they have many guests. I think they have to focus on how to make service faster. Anyway thanks to the chefs

Returning to visit after a year away, we were happy to find that the Laguna restaurant has maintained its consistently high quality food. The food is more expensive than at many other restaurants serving Filipino cuisine, but the quality and preparation of the food is worth the extra expense. They have an expansive menu of very authentic Filipino dishes. The... More

This restaurant is very famous in Cebu. It serves classical Filipino dishes in a mid price level. Its setting is not to formal, and it is big enough to hold different function. Food is good and service is also good.

Coming to Cebu for a few days, almost everyday we were at Cafe Laguna. Great authentic Filipino food served in good portion and fresh seafood too!

My sister and I were actually there for a late afternoon snack. We were roaming around Ayala Center, and when we were going home - we became thirsty and craved for something cold and soothing. Just right across our taxi bay was the second branch of Cafe Laguna in Ayala Center Cebu. This is the one that mostly holds events... More

If you like to eat the all time FILIPINO FAVORITE FOODS, this is the place. Service is great and prices are reasonably fair considering its great location. Over the years, they have maintained the quality of the food they serve to customers. My favorites are lengua, crispy pasta, Chicharon bulaklak, Kare Kare, puto bumbong, bibingka and fresh lumpia. I never... More
