this restaurant is next to one of the entrances of SM shopping mall, Iloilo city. Great décor, comfortable seating and good menu, even includes some fish fillets with crispy chips. An oasis if you are tired of all the fast food places that proliferate the shopping malls. An excellent place for a meal,(and a cold beer), and relaxing atmosphere. Service... More

We went out for a Sunday family lunch out as usual. The food is ready 30 minutes later after multiple follow-ups. One order came 15 minutes later than the rest. The drinks came only after we've eaten. That is after even more follow-ups. The bill came and my Mom's tea hasn't even been served. If we hadn't had late breakfast,... More

I miss eating my favorite Filipino dishes so we decided to dine here for lunch. The restaurant was still packed at 1pm. The food we ordered took a while to arrive and the rice was also served late. We had the crispy kangkong, pork with shrimp paste, kare kare and turon. The servings were good enough for 3 to 4... More

In my perspective, the foods are good enough but what annoys me the most is the service. I mean, I get it. It is a popular resto in the city but they could have hired more hands to serve. Ive been there couple of times and each time i went there It's either i have to wait for some vacant... More

The worst food I ever had in a restaurant in my life. Service brought our drinks seperatly every 10min for each of us, the same with the food which was the worst seafood platter we had been served in our lives ! We could hardly eat anything ! When we asked for the bill, they finnally brought the rice ordered... More

I did not enjoy my seafood meal at this restaurant at all and the cocktail I ordered was terrible. The food quality does not just justify the price. It was also difficult at times to get the attention of staff.

In (both) Laguna's in Ayala, the food is nice to very nice, the service fair to good, the ambiance nice, but the prices include "an extra for the name". Laguna 10 years ago and Laguna now are different, the competition became a lot higher and the food- and service quality cannot justify any longer the pretty high prices For the... More
