I came into this restaurant because I'd heard good things and looked quite nice. I had a quick drink before browsing the menu.... Upon browsing the menu I realised they had Shark Fin on the menu, can't quite remember if it was the typical "Shark Fin Soup". I was sickened in a country where they've just made it illegal in... The best for me here was their 'steamed fried rice'. Its taste is unique and you can't find it it any other restaurant. Dimsum was average though, some even served cold and lacks freshness. This is a chain of restaurants, their success is mainly due to their value for money dishes. Still this place is better than going to Chowking.... More

The dim sum dishes are really delicious. The waiters are very attentive and you don't wait long to be served. The serving is getting smaller though. Nothing much to say except that it's a great place to eat dim sum.

I know I wrote the first time not to eat here, but my friends love the place, so I went along again with them. I asked myself immediately, Why?? The visit was identical to the last time, tables left uncleared, inordinate times of waiting to be seated, orders taken and then food delivered. Lots of finger clicking and hand clapping... More

I like the table sharing manner of the dimsum food traditions. I enjoy the food and chat with the people surround. It is not tricky to use the chopsticks. Dimsum food is a way to allow you integrate what you eat and how you eat. I like to observe how people eat in their ways.

If you are a lover of authentic oriental meals this you must not miss, the array is great and the costs are bearable. More is that you can mix and match what you want when you are with a bunch of friends which gives you more variety.

After a 30mins evening flight from Manila my boyfriend and I are starved to the bones. We rode the Multicab and looked for the nearest stretch of restaurants we can find. This might be our first time in Cebu but we were already told of a couple restaurants that we've just got to try. One of them is Harbor City... More

I never miss eating at Harbour City every time i visit Cebu, which is 2-3 times in a year. It always has a distinct taste that I don't find in other dimsums. I know they're always busy and crowded, that's why it helps a lot if you go early to reserve a table.
