I went to SM Cebu with my brother and mother to get facial and afterwards because of proximity, we went across Harbour City Dimsum to eat lunch. The food was good as usual. However, the service was slower than normal. The rest of our order was very quick except for the fried wanton which wasn't served until we finished eating... More

This tastes like a poor imitation of Hong Kong dimsum. It tasted just like the dim sum you find in those cheap Chinese buffets. The only thing that was remotely tasty was their "hotpot" Which was just some meat over rice. I will never go back here.

I am so upset I went here. The worst dim sum I have ever eaten. Everything on the buffet line was old and disgusting. I tried to explain this to the staff. They just said sorry and handed me the bill. They said there was 33 items on the buffet line. I put a half of a calamanse next to... More

The food taste lousy for this trip. It just have no taste and it is not appealing. Staff is friendly though and even we arrive near closing time and they still entertain us.

I came into this restaurant because I'd heard good things and looked quite nice. I had a quick drink before browsing the menu.... Upon browsing the menu I realised they had Shark Fin on the menu, can't quite remember if it was the typical "Shark Fin Soup". I was sickened in a country where they've just made it illegal in... The best for me here was their 'steamed fried rice'. Its taste is unique and you can't find it it any other restaurant. Dimsum was average though, some even served cold and lacks freshness. This is a chain of restaurants, their success is mainly due to their value for money dishes. Still this place is better than going to Chowking.... More

The dim sum dishes are really delicious. The waiters are very attentive and you don't wait long to be served. The serving is getting smaller though. Nothing much to say except that it's a great place to eat dim sum.

I know I wrote the first time not to eat here, but my friends love the place, so I went along again with them. I asked myself immediately, Why?? The visit was identical to the last time, tables left uncleared, inordinate times of waiting to be seated, orders taken and then food delivered. Lots of finger clicking and hand clapping... More
