Elegant dining, excellent and extensive menu, amazing wine list and very good service by Grace. Have a pre dinner coctail on the terrace overlooking Cebu City, then go inside to enoy a supurb meal. This restaurant competes with any restaurant worldwide. Yet the decor is smart casual, no suit and ties.

brought my Mom here for Lunch after she got discharged from the hospital. this was a good treat for her.... the place is sophisticated.... their free bread is divine... i love their lunch menu more than their dinner menu :)

I just love this location, the view & the restaurant atmosphere in the evening. The food is decent, but I thought for what i had it was still a bit pricy, considering it is supposed to be fine dining I wasnt amazed, but I was full when I left. Love the view with a nice glass of red after dinner.

I love their Lamb.. but the beef is just so-so, the ambiance is great though. very cozy and relaxing. if you're thinking where to bring your date, this might be a good place to consider.. :)

This is the nicest restrarut in cebu in terms of view and ambience...i wish the food and service was better... The beef here was okay, but not worth the prices they charge. Great ambience, very nice food, good service. There are both indoor and outdoor area with the mountain scene in front of you. I love panna cotta with cappuccino for the end of meal.

If you are in Cebu you need to come to Anzani and Bellini! The chef is an amazing artist. There is great il forno pizzaria and an eclectic fusion of European flavours and local ingredients.
