Cyma offers a good selection of Greek specialties. For this reunion with a friend from Seattle, we ordered their Eggplant Dip which came with Pita bread. Then we had their Cyma Salad - which is fresh and healthy and tasty. We then had their angel hair pasta with clams, a friend ordered a Fish dish and to end the meal,... More

While guests at the Edsa Shangri-La, my wife and I visited the Cyma restaurant for dinner. We ate the Melitzanosalata, lamb Loin Rack Chops, and their stuffed peppers and every dish was absolutely wonderful. Great job done by the cooks in the kitchen, and the wait staff was attentive and very helpful with answering our menu questions. I would love... More

Metro Manila is dotted with a myriad of restaurants and only few offer Greek cuisine. My cousin Susan and I were really late for lunch, and we were craving for something different. While at the Shangrila mall at EDSA Mandaluyong City, it was either the fast food court in the basement, which do not appeal at all for the moment,... More

It was my son's first time to eat Greek food and it was a lovely experience for us. The lamb was tender and tasty to the last bit while the pork tenderloin was equally delicious. We can't remember the names in the menu but the distinct taste will surely bring us back to Cyma.

OPA!!! :) I love cyma! they have been expanding, and that's awesome! :) for appetizers, I ordered spinach and artichoke fondue (P350), yummy melting cheese with sun dried tomatoes and feta perfect on top of the pita triangles or the garlic bread. and for salad i suggest roka salata, i love the candied walnuts mixed with the lettuce and vinaigrette... We were at Shangri-La mall and just decided in a whim to try Cyma. Price was a bit high but it compensated with great tasting food. I love the spiciness of the gyros and oh I did love the hummus. The spicy oil thingy they have was also HOT!! which i loved. We sat outside the resto overlooking the inside... More

3 dishes: roka salata, paidaka and spinach artichoke dip You have to taste it to fully understand. Servings are large enough to share. Food quality really depends on which branch you go to and I believe the shangrila branch is the best one to go to. I would not recommend the one in trinoma for the service. Food is addictive!

The hefty serving of Roka Salata salad P330-660 (a cyma original) with crispy candied walnuts, paper thin shaved parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula and fresh, crispy, romaine lettuce in traditional greek vinaigrette was good for four people and sooo delicious! The chicken shish-kabobs P320 (still smokin hot off the grill) a bit salty but delicious when eaten with the yoghurt-garlic... More
