We wanted to try something new for dinner on a Sunday at Mall of Asia and decided to try Gumbo. I wish we hadn't. The strawberry lemonade thing we ordered tasted off, so we sent it back, the starters we had, mozzarella sticks and garlic bread disc type things, tasted cheap and not very good (like it's the cheapest variety... This branch of Gumbo sucks. The best Gumbo branch is in SM Megamall. The food they served is not satisfying compared to the amount you pay. Megamall branch serves food better and bigger even if you order the same recipe compared to MOA BRANCH.

The wait staff were colorfully dressed and they were energetic and friendly. The food unfortunately were bland and poor. I had some of the worst clams I've had in my life, the clams were miniscule, and had no flavor. I also had a honey chicken that was mediocre at best. My friend had a burger that was half way decent.... More

While a previous review did state that the food is not necessarily Cajun cuisine, it can accommodate a large group on a slow weekday. Background music and the ambiance is good enough to "let the good times roll". Colorful head dresses abound everywhere that you can take pictures wearing them which is cool and fun. You can sit by the... More

A mardi gras feel once inside. Waiters are wearing headress which i saw some customers borrowing for picture taking. Slices of bread and dip is served for starter while order is prepared. The soup we ordered is thick and creamy and i suppose same goes with the others on the menu. Great with baby back ribs and vege salad.

Let me start by saying. I am really not tring to offend anyone here. I am from Texas just about a 3hr drive from New Orleans, Louisaina. Cujun food is one of my favorite foods. From Gumbo to crawfish or we call them mudbugs. " No I dont suck the heads" I just ate at Gumbos at Gateway Mall. That... More

We had decided to dine-in at Gumbo North The Block before heading to movie house. Food was superb, a bit pricey, ambiance was good. Price range of our order was Php350-1000.

food is fantastic. but one dish costs about 700-800 pesos per order. doesn't really get you full (which is important as to why people eat in the first place) but to be honest, it is so damn delicious.

I had a chance to try Cajun chicken before. So, I was really curious what the Gumbo restaurant at the Gateway mall had to offer. I somehow related it with the image of Forest Gump who was from New Orleans. The menu was varied including pasta, pizza, pasta, burgers and barbeque. But we opted to try 2 dishes: Gumbo and... More
