Located in the mall area of Resorts World, Pasay. Tried it 2 times. The menu is emulating cuisine from New Orleans. Mediocre only. The Debris Gumbo soup is nice except quite spicy. The baby back ribs is not up to my expectation as the meat is not smoked properly & taste bland even with the barbecue sauce.

Staff are really great in delivering their service as ever. Its my parents wedding anniversary so i brought a cake for dessert. It was served with a group song number which surprised all of us and my parents i know will trully remember. It also came with 2 ice cream sundae with candles which we really appreciate. Thanks guys! I went out with my family to celebrate my birthday in advance. As luck would have it, I found vouchers for Gumbo on a coupon site, so I decided to purchase that and have lunch there. Here are what we had and my thoughts on most of them: Chicken Parmigiana- the serving is huge, and I couldn't have finished everything... More

Being an American, I have high standards for my beef. Having lived in Louisiana for a while, I know Cajun food. Gumbo was a pleasant surprise on both accounts!

Thought we would try an American restaurant on their independence day. After ordering we moved to the outside terrace as it was very hot inside and the only mobile aircon unit was pointed at another table. The waiter told us the main aircon is not functioning. There was very cool music playing but they also had a TV showing Eat... More

I hardly have any idea how a jambalaya tastes like so in one occasion I dared to try this famous dish. Jambalaya as i know of, is a soul food - well, supposed to be hearty, satisfying, and deeply comforting - but not in this restaurant. I thought im going to throw up! And its not cheap.

We wanted to try something new for dinner on a Sunday at Mall of Asia and decided to try Gumbo. I wish we hadn't. The strawberry lemonade thing we ordered tasted off, so we sent it back, the starters we had, mozzarella sticks and garlic bread disc type things, tasted cheap and not very good (like it's the cheapest variety... This branch of Gumbo sucks. The best Gumbo branch is in SM Megamall. The food they served is not satisfying compared to the amount you pay. Megamall branch serves food better and bigger even if you order the same recipe compared to MOA BRANCH.

The wait staff were colorfully dressed and they were energetic and friendly. The food unfortunately were bland and poor. I had some of the worst clams I've had in my life, the clams were miniscule, and had no flavor. I also had a honey chicken that was mediocre at best. My friend had a burger that was half way decent.... More

While a previous review did state that the food is not necessarily Cajun cuisine, it can accommodate a large group on a slow weekday. Background music and the ambiance is good enough to "let the good times roll". Colorful head dresses abound everywhere that you can take pictures wearing them which is cool and fun. You can sit by the... More
