Awesome Kare Kare

I've been away for the country for six months and top of my to eat list was Kare-Kare. Crisostomo's Kare Kare hit the sweet spot! The Veggies, the tender meat , the peanut sauce and the alamang were perfect! I took home half of it as my husband did not eat it. :) The ambience was old-Filipino... read more

I went solo for dinner on July 9. I had just landed from Japan and was eager to bite into some all-time filipino faves. A typhoon was raging so it was convenient that the Newport Mall where Crisostomo is located adjoined the Marriott hotel i was staying at. Though there were lots of restaurant choices on the 2nd floor, Crisostomo... More

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions. We love the beef sinigang, fried hito, lechon and the grilled fish. For desserts "bibingka" is yummy!! Overall, its worth for the price.

This restaurant offers great Filipino dishes with Spanish influences. The place is midsize so come early on special occasions/holidays. We had the kare-kare,bulalo,fried tilapia, snails in gata -which a little too sweet, and the guinumis which were all really good. Will definitely come back to try the other dishes.

Had dinner here with friends on a Sunday night. Though we are seated outside, we can still appreciate the restaurant's Filipino/ Spanish interiors. The food in the menu are named after Noli Me Tangere, a novel by the country's National hero. Each item has a description of ingredients and the way it is cooked so even foreigners can understand what... More

The night before we were going to dine out at this restaurant, my husband and I already checked out their menu online. We were not disappointed on how delicious and authentic the food was cooked. I ordered the Grilled Tuna belly (it was very fresh) and my husband got the Salmon head sinigang. Our guest ordered the laing (a champion!)... More

We dined here with our family and we loved every dish we ordered. I believe that it is worth the money as the food was really good and tasty. The lechon was heavenly and so as the other dishes. One must also try their crab fat paste as it is really good. If you are craving for a filipino food... More

We saw this hotel on the way up the cinemas and came back to have dinner there. We were amazed with the close relation between Philipino food and latin american food. The restaurant atmosphere was good also, nice music and good service. The menu was quite big and everything looks very tasty. We had the adobo rice which is big,... More

This fine dining restaurant is located at the Newport Mall of Philippines' first and largest integrated resort and casino - Resort World. I was brought there by a local guy and we ordered the signature dishes: deep fried pork leg, deep fried fish with special sauce and some others. By tasting the excellent food, I could feel that the chef... More
