Heat is special to me since it was my very first Shangri-La experience. However, last night's dinner was VERY disappointing. 1) Service- I was assigned a table close to the service area, which was fine by me. However, when I returned with a plateful of food, I was shocked to find other people there, who told me that the table... More

We enjoyed our food when we had our dinner here. Always lovely. The staff were amazing and will really provide your needs. Will definitely come back.

They indulged my requests for poached egg and freshly whipped hollandaise sauce and voila! I assembled my very own Eggs Benedict. That is service at its best.

The buffet has a wide range of food selection..Had breakfast with some of my local friends and they enjoyed the yummiest food they've ever tasted on top of the many selections. Attendants were very prompt in attending our needs. There was a lot of native food to satisfy my filo taste. Recommended to my family and friends.

My siblings and I had breakfast here last week to begin a series of meetings. I was a little disappointed because , although there were still many choices, the food viands were not as good as before. I have noticed too that the dimsum / dumplings were not as tasty and as fresh. The food service though were consistently very... More

The buffet has a wide selection. Although it is above average, it is not as excellent as it used to be. Highlights are the Japanese section, and there's also Indian food and a noodle/soup station. Surprised to see less fresh seafood choices (no oysters or lobster or fresh prawns). The hainanese chicken used to be better, and I miss the... More

Good spread of breakfast at Heat , nice ambience . Only challenge I had to have the VEG food at the restaurant.

The buffet at Heat is mediocre at best . For Php 2,200.00 per head , it's not even worth half of the price . The Japanese spread with the sashimi and sushi is good but everything else is ordinary and insignificant . Over all , the experience was really disappointing .

I've been going to Heat Edsa Shangri-La for the past 9 years. Over the past 2 years, the breakfast buffet (I cannot comment about the dinner buffet) has changed dramatically. Very disappointing. An obvious effort to reduce costs. In past years, the buffet had a more extensive selection of breakfast meats and poultry. Furthermore, the cold fish, i.e. salmon, crab,... More
