My family and I usually dine it at Heat whenever there's a special occasion. We actually really like dining here. First, the reservation is really easy. You can just call them to reserve, and at the day reserved, they will text you to confirm your reservation. Second, they have a decent array of food to choose from, and all of... More

Whether it's for dinner or breakfast, dining at Heat is always a pleasurable eating experience. I love the food selections, and ambiance of the restaurant. Customer service is commendable. Whatever I eat in their spread is delicious. Even if I am not a fan of some of their cuisines, I tried them, and surprisingly, I found myself going back for... More

A place is so cleaned, staff are on their toes, always anticipate your needs and the foyer is like resorts within the hotel.

Heat is special to me since it was my very first Shangri-La experience. However, last night's dinner was VERY disappointing. 1) Service- I was assigned a table close to the service area, which was fine by me. However, when I returned with a plateful of food, I was shocked to find other people there, who told me that the table... More

They indulged my requests for poached egg and freshly whipped hollandaise sauce and voila! I assembled my very own Eggs Benedict. That is service at its best.

The buffet has a wide range of food selection..Had breakfast with some of my local friends and they enjoyed the yummiest food they've ever tasted on top of the many selections. Attendants were very prompt in attending our needs. There was a lot of native food to satisfy my filo taste. Recommended to my family and friends.

My siblings and I had breakfast here last week to begin a series of meetings. I was a little disappointed because , although there were still many choices, the food viands were not as good as before. I have noticed too that the dimsum / dumplings were not as tasty and as fresh. The food service though were consistently very... More

The buffet has a wide selection. Although it is above average, it is not as excellent as it used to be. Highlights are the Japanese section, and there's also Indian food and a noodle/soup station. Surprised to see less fresh seafood choices (no oysters or lobster or fresh prawns). The hainanese chicken used to be better, and I miss the... More
