Heat Review of Edsa Shangri-La

Our family regularly eat at Heat every Christmas time. Variety of food is good. From Asian cuisine to Western cuisine. Dessert bar is also so varied. Quality of food is good and ingredients are fresh.

Had dinner with my friend few weeks ago. Though dinner isn't cheap, it is worth it. As always, food is great. So many food selection to choose from. Staff very friendly. I've dined here alone as well and I feel taken care of every time.

I have eaten here a number of times, and the selection is vast and many different offerings. From Seafood, roastings, chinese, filipino, japanese, indian, desserts, it just goes on and on. The restaurant itself seats a large number of people and has outdoor seating as well which faces the pool area. I always leave smiling and with a full tummy.... More

Large buffet. May after a few days become repetitive - but overall well worth it. Notice that they may have a wine-buffet (700php extra) that if you are a wine drinker may be a very good deal.

Great selection of seafood items - lobster, crabs, mussels, etc. Several sections to choose from - Asian, Indian, Western, etc. and they have their own Okonomiyaki station :) Best part of the buffet for me is the dessert. Aside from the usual cakes, petit fours, they have I think it is the only buffet that serves 'taho' as a dessert,... More

The theme redesign has improved the restaurant. Great nespresso coffee and dilmah tea. They had difficulty handling a lot of people though in the morning .

These were some of the nicest staff or people in general I have met in Manila. They were so kind and helpful with questions I had and explaining different foods on the buffet. Lots of foods have some mystery meat ingredients, which are not for pescatarians. She pointed out all the seafood, which I came on BBQ night with all... More
