Food / Cocktails

A cafe / restaurant that doubles as an upmarket cocktail bar in the evenings. Have some good food here and reasonably priced.

Awesome espresso martinis! The snacks are good but I wouldn't stay here all night for dinner. Great for a few drinks and snacks before or after :)

This restaurant ticks all the boxes except one.....hygiene. I personally saw a waiter drinking a little of a customers drink from their straw before serving and a bartender sucking a spoon and then using it to mix drinks. There are no words.....

Staff are friendly but the service and quality of food lets it down. There are plenty of other places to eat here.

Stopped off here for a few drinks after visiting the museum. Lovely jazz band playing outdoors and a terrific atmosphere. A little on the pricey side but well worth the money

Have been to M Cafe a few times over the past few years....its not improving. The menu is beyond the capability of any seasoned chef ie you sense you;re destined for mediocrity. Guess what? They delivered - consistently mediocre food. Service is confused. we had a group reservation for 6pm. It took them over an hour to prepare the table... More

I came a decade ago and was pleased to see the place has survived intact, still clean, bright and modern. Food and drinks pleasing to the eye and palate. The Gin (pom pi?) drink was new, I loved it. Like other citrus, pomelo goes well with gin. Ukoy - a cake of little fried fish was a delicious accompaniment along... More

The green mango iced tea is delicious, presentation is good, and the food is decent but it took the food a long time to come and they seem to be shortstaffed. Also, bathrooms are tiny.

The food, presentation and ambience are great. I just wish they would learn to serve food all at the same time. Our lunch came out at a trickle. Some had their food way ahead of the others. So we didn't end up eating all at the same time, or the earlier dishes would be cold.

Eaten here about 6 times. Loved the food and service on first three visits. Disappointed the last three. In one occasion, the sparkling wine they served me was not chilled. Duh? Last December 2014, I ordered my favorite kare-kare, beef adobo, and pork binagoongan and noticed that the quality, taste, and serving size/portion have deteriorated. The pork binagoongan had 98%...
