Whether you are alone or a big group, dining at the Lobby for business or pleasure, may it be for coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner or after midnight snack, the ambiance and the food will always give you comfort. The live music gives the place an ambiance that I have yet to find in other parts of the world. I... More

The grandeur of the place gets you and also the buzz around you, It can be crowded on evenings despite being pricey. The noise doesn't lets you to enjoy the live music being played,... service is good but menu is pretty limited... drinks were good though

We're here for a midnight dinner and great thing is they serve great food even on wee hours. We had their 36-hour braised beef stew and the mashed potato is really good even the veggies that came with. The beef is very soft, however, the flavor didnt reach the inside of the meat which was disappointing. I was expecting a... More

Food is usually very good, but service is super slow. Also expect to pay twice as much for food here than restaurants at Greenbelt or other places close by.

Live music, great ambience. Food is excellent. I just sat there for hours working on my computer. Wait stuff were unobtrusive but helpful during late dinner. Afternoon tea was strange as the staff seemed disorganized and we hardly got anyone checking on us. Tea selection pathetically limited. too bad.

The Lobby at ManilaPen is one of the places in Makati that is perfect to end the week. You can have a quiet and intimate conversation while drinking coffee, tea or cocktails, while a quartet is playing at the balcony. Having an Afternoon Tea at this grand lobby is also an experience but make sure to reserve in advance.

Had dinner at the lobby to celebrate my sons birthday. The food, ambiance and service was good. I was even surprise that the quartet played happy birthday plus a free birthday cake was give to my son. Still a 5star plus hotel.

We ordered a table for 6 but it took about 15 minutes after we sat before someone took our order, and another 45 minutes of working with several staff members in order to get the order - and 5 of the 6 of us were having the afternoon tea buffet. Quite expensive for the 'level' of service we received
