The food was fresh and had true Indian flavored taste. It is a small place and a little noisy. The service was good and my waitress was attentive. Your best deal is to order your food for takeout and enjoy the food in your room or at the park.

The buttermilk tastes like medicine. All dishes are average or poor. The panner tikka dry variety from tandoor is good with plenty of choices. Decent choice for vegetarians as there are not much options apart from subway.

I moseyed over to their Ayala Columns branch after watching a show at RCBC Plaza, which is right across the building. I was with friends, and we decided to order a few dishes and share: Vegetable Samosas, TIkka Masala, Tandoori Chicken and a type of Chicken Curry (forgot the full name). We ate it with rice and some chappati, and... More

Well since there aren't too many choices for reasonably priced and decent Indian food in Manila, New Bombay is a good option. I used to go to the original branch in Salcedo Village way back when it was the only branch then. Though I've had Indian food before, the kind lady owner gave me a brief but proper introduction to... First of all New Bombay has several branches in the city of Makati, the two I go to most are on de la Costa Street, Salcedo Village and in the Columns tower at the intersection of Buendia and Ayala Avenues. The de la Costa restaurant is rather small, seats for only 25, but cozy and well served. The Mama takes... More

Wide menu choices specially for vegetarians, good value and convenient location. Restaurant offers good options, only suggestion is for restaurant to change its cutlery since its outdated to serve in steel plates that also from 1990's era with scratch marks etc. They serve excellent food but should also focus on improving related services learning from other neighbours in food court.... I have been constantly going to their restaurants and have tried it at Glorietta, Columns, Greenbelt (now closed...sigh), and the original in Saggitarius Bldg. where I brought my son for his first taste of Indian food. Suffice it to say, I love their food. I always order the paneer, the biryani, and the rogan josh, and I have never regretted... More
