Great Experience

We went to celebrate the fall! The foo was, as always, very good - we both had the beef entrée of the day and go nd it succulent and very tender. This restaurant is amazing! Or was it recently burned down but the meal I had was great! Everything made is grown right on the premises. I had leek potato soup for the first time and immediately went home and tried to replicate it! I do hope they rebuild!

Food is fresh, well presented service is courteous It's bit out of the way but well worth the drive. The ambiance is nice on the patio setting overlooking the farm. Very quaint place, bit our of the ordinary to have nice romantic dinner.

Our second time here, following an amazing first experience. Perhaps they were still coming off the very recent fire loss of their apple barn, but we and our guests were quietly disappointed in the food, and somewhat uninformed wine service. My guest's tuna was overcooked, my own was fish overcooked, the table butter frozen, and a few other glitches seemed... More

Four of us enjoyed a wonderful meal in a lovely setting with superior service. This farm to table organic restaurant is one I visit as often as possible. The ambiance is terrific, a fire in the fireplace in cool weather, lovely patio seating in warm weather. Off the beaten path it is well worth the drive

People are courteous, food is fresh and delicious. All or almost all of the food comes from their own farm which accounts fro the freshness.

Last weekend on the recommendation of a friend we had dinner at Elderberry Pond restaurant. EP is located on a lovely picturesque wooded hillside, on a farm that produces much of the food that is served there. The food is fresh, fresh, fresh, delicious and prepared beautifully. We loved sitting where we could look out on the woods. Staff was... More

How we wish there were more of this kind of restaurant closed to home. We dined for lunch on a Sunday for the end of the season Vegetable Bonanza. I had the fried green tomato sandwich with a side of fresh apple sauce and my traveling food companion had the vegetable pasta. A basket of stretch bread and multigrain bread... More

My daughter and I went here a few weeks ago for dinner. The setting is in an old barn/farmhouse set in the country. We had a table by the window looking out into the beautiful countryside with the leaves changing. Our waitress was very accommodating in the beginning, letting us taste some wines before actually ordering them. We never felt... More

On a beautiful fall day, we took a scenic drive up to Auburn to visit Elderberry Pond Restaurant and Farm. We had lunch in the restaurant (we made sure to make reservations the day before), and were delighted with the locally grown organic vegetables. The building itself was a work of art, too. Afterwards, we walked around the farm, with... More
