Apparently someone needs to tell Auburn Applebee's management to look at TA. What do they not understand? We have been to several Applebee's throughout the US and had good service and good meals. Well, not at this one!! I ordered blackened tilapia - received a small, dried up piece with very little seasoning, red potatoes - which were not on... More

Being that I have a gluten allergy, I am always excited when a restaurant acknowledges people with dietary restrictions and provides a special menu. I went to this Applebee's on two separate occasions and both were terribly disappointing. The first time was a take out order in which I ordered off of the Gluten free menu specifically telling the person... More

So, it was hot, and I was tired from having had an awful, terrible, horrible no good day. I called Mister and suggested takeout, and he said OK, he would stop at Applebee's in Auburn, where he works. Now, usually, I stop by the one in Ithaca, and have had the sirloin with a grilled vidalia onion, and lightly sauteed... More

We are not fans of Applebee's but had been given a gift card so decided to visit. Brief 5-10 minute wait even though it was obvious all the tables were not filled. We figured probably a lack of servers. Once seated we waited nearly 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and take a drink order. When we got... More

We have eaten at many restaurants in this chain and found this one a bit different. We arrived about 3:30 for an early dinner. The restaurant was almost deserted. We were taken to a booth in the bar area which was VERY noisy with several TV and music blaring. We asked to move to a seat in the upper dining... More

Stopped in for a quick cocktail and takeout, Ordered and asked for the bill, Why do these young girls at the bar expect 16-20% for nothing. You served me 2 beers-went to the kitchen for my takeout-I gave you $7 bucks for a tip. i... More

We had dinner at Applebee's. The food was great as well as the Service! The manager took the time to come to our table and visit with us for a little bit. Will return again.

We used to go there regularly. Not anymore. Main problem is the service. The waiters don't care, they hang out and watch a crowd gather at the door and have attitude. The food is often wrong, or cold. We almost never go there anymore. Would not recommend to anyone.

after it an SU game , we figured it would clear out, but it was SRO. So we ate at the bar, we went for the 2/ for $20...boneless wings, bbq ribs, chicken/shrimp entree...we were served quite readily, plenty of chicken buffalo style with plenty of fresh celrey and blue cheese. Fries with the ribs and baked mini potatoes with... More

My husband and I both had an alcoholic beverage before our meals. They were super delicious! We had the mudslide one and the summer squeeze. We really couldn't taste the alcohol, but the flavor was great. The appetizer was delicious and dinner was as well!
