Everything I've had here is very fresh and enjoyable. The atmosphere and Mexican dishes are authentic. The portions are large and there are many great vegetarian options. The additional menu items such as soups, subs and salads are great as well.

Ordered nachos concuestos and I watched the person microwave my food as she prepared it...I could have done this at home! Who microwaves shrimp anyway?? Atmosphere is ok but I don't understand why my food was microwaved? The place wasn't even busy!

For the location and price i can't really complain. The staff and Connie are so sweet and the food is okay, i would try this place again on my next visit but another item off the menu.

Stopped in while visiting a friend in the area and he swore by this restaurant. I just got what he ordered which was the Texas Hot, and was not disappointed! It's pretty much a chili dog that you have to eat with a fork. The bread was spot on and the price was very reasonable. Their homemade tortilla chips were... More

Without a doubt, some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. My wife has been looking for "real" Mexican food since some she had in Texas. This is it. Very fresh ingredients, great salsa, friendly owner, and very reasonable prices make this a must stop if you are anywhere close to,the area. We will make a trip back... More

One of my favorite sit down casual places to eat. LOVE the salsa. Not very big so sometimes hard to get a table.

Went to dinner here based on a local persons suggestion for good tex mex. Boy was this guy right! When you walk into Connie's Deli you can smell the spice in the air, it was wonderful. The menu is of good size with many choices, had a hard time deciding. Free chips and salsa while you wait for your meal... More

We rarely drive through Auburn without a visit to Connie's. Just overlook the location (next to the prison) as the Mexican fare (great soups, homemade salsa, etc.) is up there with the best for us! The burgers are also an all time favorite. Definitely worth a visit.

I've had a lot of Mexican food in my day and Connie's ranks right up there in the top 10! It's a small place and if you're going for lunch, get there early because it'll fill up fast (for good reason). It's delicious and you can tell that they use the freshest ingredients they can get. And for the price,... More
