We had the pleasure of accompanying my 93 year old step mother last night to dinner. She had been coming here for dinner for more than 60 years! My first thought was how could it still be a good place after all these years. Our waitress Karen was terrific. I had chicken Parmesan on eggplant. It was huge. I tend... More

1930's ambience, great food. I had Chicken Vesuvius, very tender chicken breast medallions with artichoke hearts, red peppers, black olives, and... something else! Very well prepared, the vegetables were cut into uniform size and cooked perfectly. The whole dish was in a nice, delicate wine sauce, not floating in butter/oil so like so many of these types of dishes. Highly... More

I have always spent summers on Owasco Lake with my grandparents, and for years they have raved about Hollywood Restaurant, and make a point to visit the restaurant when they stay at the lake. Last week I had the pleasure of joining them! The waitress was very friendly, and knows my grandparents as semi-regulars and had fun with us during... More

Even though I find myself in Auburn frequently, I always seem to forget about this restaurant, as it is tucked away on a side street. But we were in search of a good fish fry and decided to try the Hollywood. And it was a good choice. For 10.95 you get a salad (only thing that was lacking in my... More

Small but cozy atmosphere, old fashion in its decoration and feel. The selections are numerous and the food is great. From the freshness and crispness of the salad, to the steamy hot and tasty soup, to the generous portioned entrees, there are no complaints here. Only issue is you get so full there is no room for dessert. And did... More

I have been going to this restaurant since I was a teenager and the Italian food was always excellent. After moving from the area about ten years ago, we decided our visit back home would not be complete without a veal parmesan dinner at the Hollywood. Of our party of 5, two of us ordered the veal parmesan and we... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our seafood dinners. The service was prompt and friendly. Best of all, prices are reasonable. We highly recommend.

It has been years since I went to the Hollywood Restaurant and I was blown away by the Veal Parm, its size and its tatse and the friendly staff... One of the best Italian Restaurants in the Country... Great Meal... We will be back the next time we visit Auburn

This is truly a real Italian restaurant. No one goes away hungry - like at Noni's. In fact, I noticed everyone was taking food home. Our party was 2 adults and three kids. The two younger kids shared a kid's order of spaghetti and meatballs. This included a mixed salad. Even with very healthy appetites, they couldn't finish it. ($5.95)... More

We've been going to The Hollywood for more than 20 years. The garlic and oil pasta is the best ... the lasagna, stuffed shells, and other Italian dishes are authentic. Friendly staff ... intimate atmosphere. A stop when in Auburn is a must.
