It was morning when we dined there and aside from our table, only 3 tables are occupied. PRO: - interiors. Once you step inside, you would feel like you stepped inside an american diner complete with a jukebox, neon lights and several posters/memorabilias of the last several decades. - red retro car. there is a red retro car infront of... I love this place! There were so many people but we were so lucky that there were 2 spots in the bar so we were seated ASAP. I loved that I was able to see how the shakes were done while we wait for our food. The serving was huge considering how affordable the food were, and I loved every... More

My daughter wanted to eat here so I relented because I've heard that parking here is a problem - and it was, so it might be best to drop by this place during off-hours. And it was. The place was also packed for lunch so we had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table. I suspect that the... More

Busy place on the main street, so went to the 2nd smaller location. Food and service were ok. It was Friday so i tried the Fish and chips, which ended up being excellent (US style fish with plenty of white meat), and decent chips. Others in my party liked their food also (but restaurant was out of the shrimp and... More

50's diner Baguio city 11oct If there's one thing I can say about 50's diner, it's that the portions are huuuuuuge!! Not just large, but feed-three-people-per-plate humongous!!! How did it taste? Well, my plate was clean after about an hour of eating! The ambience is great with classic posters on the wall, a diner counter and a jukebox. I just... More

I've seen this place everytime I was on Baguio but never tried it. Now I did and uhmmm... Meh? Maybe my expectations were too high? I just imagined this place from what I saw in American movies. They didn't even get the food right. I imagined Pizzas. They were no pizzas even though they have a sign at front saying... More

Good portions and a good location are the only things going for this resto. Might have been the crowd or maybe the regular cook was on leave . No more burgers were available , run out i guess, no more chili con carne.. I had fish n chips , bland fish , cold cold some stiff, some soggy fries ...... More

Food taste is fine but serving is huge-- I'll choose it over diners serving pricey tasty foods with scant serving. The negative side is that, during peak hours the line of waiting customer is too long and you can't survive it alive if you went here that hungry. (I'm a fan of this TV series Supernatural and dining here reminds... More

Love the diner feeling to it. Food has huge servings. Tasted like diner food too :) Only downside, place is too small. Always full.

50's Dinner has great food, high value for money, and nice, relaxing atmosphere. Superb! One huge setback is that of their service. Servers are apathetic. Further, I also saw that their cook/chef, I believe, was picking his teeth with a toothpick. And that's unhygienic for me!
