Worth Trying

My partner & I recently had dinner here. It was surprisingly good - not expected to have Lebanese food in David. We had 3 glasses of wine, 2 appetizers and 2 dinners - just under $50 without tip. The food was quite good but somewhat overpriced. Service was good, atmosphere very good with... read more

They have some good stuff and other not so much. The meat is cooked too dry, like leather. Will probably go back for a salad.

I went to Rincon Libanes to order a fattoush salad to go one afternoon while I was staying in David as I was intrigued by the fact that there was a middle eastern restaurant in the area. While the salad was ok even though they didn't use real pita for the pita chips (perhaps due to its unavailability in David... More

Very simple and plain arabic food. Nothing special to highlight. Eggplant cream was just OK and rolled Shawarma are very thins! I ate Arabic food regulary and you are not missing much. For a quick bite and cravings is ok.

We were really looking forward to this visit, as the restaurant was recommended by other travellers. Unfortunately we were not so impressed. The service was very slow, and the meal itself rather bland. We will not recommended this restaurant.

My wife and I recently visited this little place that is located right next to the Bremen Tire Center on the road with the "old" McDonalds, and were very pleased with everything from the service, to the tastiness of the food, to the portions we received, as well as the price we paid. I had the beef shish kabob, which... More

Four of us ate here, it was our first time, we had heard good things but we were disappointed in the service, the food was good, but pricy as was the wine. I had the speciality of the house, others had the steak and camerones, all good, as was the tabouleh. However, the lack of training of the service staff... More

They've got pretty good food, really small portions on all the items we got. The ceviche and most of the stuff was just fine but the grilled chicken was really good (tiny portions though!) If we didn't have to spend $50 to have mini salads and appetizers it would be a better rating. When I say mini, I mean the... More

Three of us shared 4 "appetizers" and tabouleh and found a couple really good and the rest only ok. On a Thursday night we nearly had the place to ourselves for the better part of 2 hours, which did surprise us, since a local had recommended the place and we expected it to be crowded. Music was too loud for... More

I love middle eastern food and so was excited to learn of this place. The ambience is a nice change for Panama. The house special soup was a good vegetable soup with a couple pieces of beef, I think. The salad was fine but the dressing had little flavor. The chicken shawarma sandwich was disappointing, though. They must have warmed... More
