Great dinner

Our waiter was making us feel right at home. He was a restaurant's owner's dream. He never let our sangrias dry out. We had fried calamares with good flavor, but pretty chewy. The main course was a grill plate for two with different types of sausages, chicken, beef and veggies, plantains and... read more

We enjoy the setting as a family. But the hamburgers we ordered were terrible. The meat was like meat loaf and the flavor and bread freshness and overall quality really lacking. The lasagne on the other hand was delicious. We felt overall it was too pricey for what we got.

Great food and service. Our server was practicing his English and we were practicing our Spanish, so we had a good time conversing.

We met at El Fogon. The fish was good, I liked the chuleta ahumada. Service very attentive and fast. We stayed in the air conditioned room which was nicely fresh, not freezing cold as in other places.

We went on Mother's day. Different menu than normal. Not much to choose from. My wife liked her food, I didn't.

We went to El Fogon on a recommendation and they did not disappoint. The service was good and the food was enjoyable. We will recommend and visit again when back in David.

Although the restaurant is not far from the central parque, it´s hard to find when you don´t know your way around David, and especially in the dark (there are quite a lot of potholes in the road, and sidewalks are few). Anyway, once you get to it, the place is really inviting. We shared a starter and had fried fish... More

Pleasant relaxed open atmosphere. Great service. Menu is huge. Everything on the menu is great. Fresh food cooked hot with generous helpings. This is our go to place for lunch, we always have leftovers to take home. Lunch for under $5.00 is easy to find on this menu. Love the shrimp or chicken and rice.
