I have lived in California and Colorado for the last 40 years. My wife and I probably eat Mexican food at least once a week. I've been it throughout the Southwest and Mexico. I have to say that the Mexican at this restaurant was interesting to say the least! There was no salsa or red sausce available. There was typical... More

I have eaten at every Mexican restaurant that I have found over a few years in Panama and this is one of the top two options that I have found so far. Tasty soup, delicious guacamole and delicious dishes. Not what you would find in Mexico itself, but great stuff as far as Panamá goes. Service was warm and friendly... More

We were surprised to get such delicious food at this mexican restaurant. Staff was very caring and dedicated. The open restaurant is located right next to the street.

We were craving Mexican Food and this was the only place we could find that might fit the bill. It's a small, cozy place nestled in between an incense store and a pleasant little courtyard. Doesn't look like much from the road, and there's very little parking. The service was very good, warm and friendly. The salsa picante was the... More

I loved the friendly, family atmosphere in this restaurant. Our waitress offered us water, checked if our meal was ok, offered us extra salsa - she really made us feel welcome. The terrace is nicely decorated and it's lovely to be able to eat outside. I found the chimichanga to be quite heavy and unusual in taste and texture but... More

Average mexican food at fair price at least compared with the rest of Boquete. Homemade tortillas mix well with a cold beer at lunch.

But it depends on what you order. The burritos have a wonderful flavor, but be aware, they are not made like a burrito in the united states. The other can't go wrong dishes are the Chimichanges. They serve fresh cut pico de gallo and hot sauce with every order. Outside seating with a nice green space beside. I would stay... More

I walked down the hill hungry. Found this restaurant and thought I would give it a try. It had a typical simple Mexican menu. I ordered the Beef burritos and a beer. Sorry sir, we do not have the shredded beef. How about chicken. I was not in the mood for chicken. How about the tacos al pastor pork. Let... More

Antojitos is a tiny little patio cafe tucked in a corner on the main drag in Boquete. It is filled with bright colors and surrounded on one side by a garden, and the other by the main street. The food is the best. I personally vacillate between the totopas and the chimichangas; my husband is addicted to the mole. Brenda... More

We have enjoyed eating "Tex-Mex" food in various U.S. cities for decades. It's usually tasty and spicy, the atmosphere can be charming, and it's usually inexpensive. Antojito's is a small, conveniently located, decently furnished, al fresco place with great service and ample portions of decent food. We were badly disappointed by another Boquete "Mexican" restaurant, and Antojito's is definitely better... More
