One of the top 2 Mexican restaurants in Panama!

I have eaten at every Mexican restaurant that I have found over a few years in Panama and this is one of the top two options that I have found so far. Tasty soup, delicious guacamole and delicious dishes. Not what you would find in Mexico itself, but great stuff as far as Panamá goes. Service was... read more

I went there because the other Mexican restaurant was closed. It had been quite some time since my last visit there and nothing has changed. Portions are small (salad was so small I would describe it as a 'token' salad), and food was disappointing. Also not what I would describe as typical Mexican.

Extreamly overpriced for Panamanian standards. $8.50 for 3 small dried out tacos, a little bit of beans, and a little bit of Mexican salad (aka diced tomatoes.) There are way better reseraunts for the same prices, and even way better reteraunts for half the price. Listen, I hardly ever. write reviews on trip advisor, but this was important to express!... I ate here on my first day in Boquete. I wanted nachos so I ordered nachos. It came in a weird manner, where the beans were at the bottom with cheese (never saw it nor tasted it). It wasn't the best. Slow service (as usual in Boquete, only one server). The place was nice, but nothing that blew me away.... More

I've eaten here twice and even though the food is ok, the price is WAY too high and the presentation and service was quite bad. I would not call this authentic Mexican food. I'm sure the chef is not Mexican (and if he or she is, shame on him/her!!). I don't ever plan on going back to this restaurant.

I have lived in California and Colorado for the last 40 years. My wife and I probably eat Mexican food at least once a week. I've been it throughout the Southwest and Mexico. I have to say that the Mexican at this restaurant was interesting to say the least! There was no salsa or red sausce available. There was typical... More

We were surprised to get such delicious food at this mexican restaurant. Staff was very caring and dedicated. The open restaurant is located right next to the street.

We were craving Mexican Food and this was the only place we could find that might fit the bill. It's a small, cozy place nestled in between an incense store and a pleasant little courtyard. Doesn't look like much from the road, and there's very little parking. The service was very good, warm and friendly. The salsa picante was the... More

I loved the friendly, family atmosphere in this restaurant. Our waitress offered us water, checked if our meal was ok, offered us extra salsa - she really made us feel welcome. The terrace is nicely decorated and it's lovely to be able to eat outside. I found the chimichanga to be quite heavy and unusual in taste and texture but... More
