This great little cafe offers fresh and healthy salads, sandwiches and juices. It has a sunny outdoor spot and a cute modern interior. This is an ideal cafe for a light and healthy lunch. Our two salads were plentiful and delicious. Inexpensive.

Sought out this place after seeing rave reviews on trip advisor and we were so glad we did. Such a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you arrive. We stopped for lunch and each had one of their amazing juices and an enormous sandwich, all for 140Dh. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent fresh food, the salads and juice are freshly prepared, light, and well presented. I've eaten here twice and the daily salads do vary depending on the day you visit and some items are not always available.

A lovely place to chill out, after a busy day in the medina of Essaouira. I will return any time I return to this town, which I definitely have planned!

The food is a welcome break from hot tagines. Very fresh, tasty and great value for money. After going once we had to go back!

Ginger is a tiny little place run by a young Argentinian/Spanish couple. Their ethos is freshly prepared, mainly vegetarian food that varies from day to day. Hygiene standards are up to scratch, so there's no issue with dreaded food poisoning from lettuce leaves. As well as salads, there are delicious toasted sandwiches made with Moroccan flat breads and a wide... More

Fed up with tagine and loads of bread this cafe offered fine fresh light food and incredibly helpful staff. Only wish I had had time to experience the cooking school. Eve

Food was perfect: a welcome break from traditional Moroccain fare. Fantastic fresh sandwiches and delicious smoothies. Super friendly and patient staff (able to accommodate our 2 picky eaters (not a crumb left after). Free chilled filtered water - have discovered that nothing in Morocco is free! Wished we could have ordered everything on the menu as examining what everyone else... More

Superb little quirky lunch place in the middle of the medina. The owners (Argentinian and Spanish couple) have transformed this little space in a unique restaurant with a chilled & relaxed vibe. The food was perfect : salads, sandwiches with a spanish twist, and the juices & smoothies fresh and delicious. The music and decoration of the restaurant are spot... More
