Delicious food, lovely quiet and pretty square

The perfect place for burgers and wonderful veggie food and an antidote to spicy food. The best scones ever tasted and a lovely friendly service.

Lovely, friendly owner and staff who speak several languages between them - and the food is pretty good too! A change from many of the standard menus with delicious burgers and a selection of vegetarian dishes all freshly cooked with quality ingredients. The sweets - we tried the cheesecake and carrot cake - are a real treat. It is set... More

Stumbled across this place when walking through the medina. The food is tasty (some of the better food in Essaouira which is very hit and miss). Would recommend the burgers. Only criticism is the service is a little slow but is made up for with their friendliness.

We had a hankering for a good burger after eating a few too many tagines. We came across Cantina and the sign said that their burgers have been voted the best in North Africa. They didn't disappoint! Very friendly service and a nice location.

We stopped here for drinks after we got lost in the Medina. The staff kindly showed us how to get to our hotel. We later returned for lunch which was fresh, high quality and delicious. I had the homemade veggie burger with mozzarella and my wife had a baked potato with homemade veggie chilli. The burger was served on bread... More

Love this place!! It's location is unique and open. The veggie burger is amazing!! Large serving sizes with a ton of sides. The bun is handmade and delicious. Everyone else was really happy with their choices as well. Only thing--I wish it was open for dinner. Stop by!

We joined some friends for a meal our last day in Morocco. We had had plenty of authentic food and were looking for something different. The service was excellent. The men devoured the chili cheeseburgers. The scones with cream and strawberries were to die for. Highly recommend it!

Service - good. Not overly chatty but thats nice sometimes. Good looking space although outside was pretty rubs, cats weeing extremely nearby etc - we are in Africa though. We had the burgers and they were good. The accompliments with them of salsa, coleslaw and a trustworthy salad brought it together well. Switch the crisps out for fries though in... More
