A large restaurant decorated in a attractive Moroccan style, well laid out and comfortable. Close to the ramparts and easy to spot. Had good Fish Soup followed by an excellent Couscous Royal. They serve alcohol and prices are reasonable.

Whoever designed this restaurant knew what they were doing. It is rather lovely. Now the negative bit. We were there tonight. My husband ordered Moroccan salad and I ordered soupe de poisson followed by fish tagine. When the waitress came back for our order she told me these two courses were not available. Might have been useful if she'd mentioned... More

Good food, good service and excellent value. This should have a higher rating as there are many far worse places in Essaouira. Have no hesitation in suggesting this is worth a visit.

We were a group of friends who found this place by coincidence. We liked it so much that we came there again the next night. The food was a good no nonsense Moroccan cuisine and the service was very good. It was run by women only and everything was clean tasteful and nice.

Reliable food correctly served. Comfortable restaurant with good service. Recommend the fillet steak but disappointed with the monk fish and pineapple.

This is a nice restaurant and the food and service were good. We had the fish soup to start which was good and then had a fish tagine and a beef tagine which were both good with lots of meat and fish in very good sauce. The waitress are helpful and the tables and chairs are large and I think... More

This was recommended to us by our Riad hosts. The room is fabulous- very ornate but cosy at the same time. Someone told us that the owner carved all the furniture . Not sure if true but if it is he is a real craftsman. My meal was one of my top twenty ever- fish tagine. The fish was tasty... More

We really enjoyed our meal here - excellent atmosphere and set menu. Good selection of wines. The service was superb and we loved our chicken tagines and orange pancakes.
