You can choose the non-veg items like you used to do in those age old militray hotels. Self had Dosa - the Sambar and the Chutney were really looked like home-made ones. Loved their Cowmilk Bru Coffee.

It is a few years since I visited this fine curry house ...better than ever and clean tasty food. Best indian meal for a long time in Malaysia. Certainly meets the mark in all areas! Thanks

As said above it ain't the cheapest store in town. Parking there ain't easy either. BUT ! BUT ! BUT ! The food is great, service is super fast and super efficient, food is warm and fresh, premise is acceptably clean. What more should I say ? Oh, go there when it's payday.

The aircon section is usually packed, especially weekends (including Sunday)! So go early! The fried "Ikan Tenggerri" is really good & the fried chicken too. The Thosai is also great. Overall most dishes are well spiced & very appetising

What can i say about this place...definitely an institution where banana leaf fare goes...! The whole place after renovation is huge ..., but to me at least the best part of the restaurant is still the open air 'terrace'. Service is very good...plenty of staff attending to you. Over the years, they have still maintained the food quality. In addition... More

The restaurant was clean. So were the toilets and hand wash areas. We ordered 2 pieces of fried chicken, 2 pieces of fried tenggiri, 2 portion of chicken varuval, 1 portion of fried onion, 1 dry mutton curry, I tosai and 2 pieces of putu mayam, Drinks ordered include one fresh coconut, 2 ice lemon teas,2 warm water and 1... Banana leaf outlets has its share of fans and preferences, depending on palate. Super quick service, fresh fresh food and improved ambience make this place a super hit! One shortfall...there ain't no banana leaf. Meals are served on a sheet of paper that is more eco friendly than the leaf. It's fried chicken, fried tenggiri, fish cutlet, roti canai, thosai,... Overrated, overpriced but average food. Go to other Indian food places nearby University Hospital instead. Or better yet go to Jalan Masjid India area.

Just went there for dinner last weeki. Was very surprised the banana leave is replaced with green wax coated paper which resembles the banana leave. Was kinda put off by that colored paper. However, food was good - chicken was juicy and tender, roti canai fluffy and flaky. Service was quite good but the waiter carrying the tray with fried... More

One of the best Indian banana leaf restaurants in Klang Valley. Sadly they decided to change to paper based banana leaves from the real thing a few years ago. Otherwise, the food is still good with excellent fried chicken and fish. Very busy for lunches especially the weekend.
