One of the earliest and the best

I was introduced to this restaurant back in 2010 and never stopped to visit it once in a while. Huge portion, 1 plate of rice can be eaten by 2 persons (provided you're not a big eater). Taste wise, good but lately it seems like it has been altered to Malaysian taste buds (chilli sauce accompanying... read more

They have their recipes down to a pat and churn them out like clockwork so it can feel a little bit like an industrial line. To order: 1. Arab rice. It is awesome with the chili tomato sauce. It's like Chinese chicken rice but done with basmati rice. 2. Chicken mandi Avoid: 1. Yogurt drink - it's 90%water, 10% yogurt,... More

The food is very delicious with big portion, basically you could try everything and you would not be regret. The only thing is sometime it is very crowded and you have wait in queue (writing your name in a list) with you should not wait usually more than 5-10 minutes.

Saba introduced me to the yummy range of Middle Eastern Cuisine. Love their hanith and kabsah. Huge portion is one of their main plus point. Love their shawarma too. I personally prefer their hanith, both lamb or chicken because of the spices and they way they cook the meat. By the time they serve it to you, the meat is... More

This is my regular restaurant to dine with my husband. I love to eat the mandi chicken, kabsyah and the most important, the special arabian rice. The taste just delicious.. Pricing actually reasonable because i always odered for the half chicken that enough for two persons. The services button on the table easiest customer to call for service.

My friends love the Mandi here. but to me it was just average. Nothing really special. But it do get crowded during dinner time. and the price is reasonable but I feel like a bit overpriced. Overall, an OK food.

Been coming this place since ... I dont remember when! When we talk about Arabic food, Saba is still the "standard". Our usual order for the family (for 6 adults) are 3 large lamb kabsa, 1 lamb kebab, 1 muktabal (egg plant dip), 2 french fries, with non alchoholic beverages. The rest is history. Call to book before coming to... More

The Mandy rice don't taste as good as when it first opened. Gets overcrowded n service slow. Price gone up unreasonably

They've expanded the restaurant recently, but the decor is practically non-existent and the ambience remains basic at best. If you can get past that (as many people have and continue to) you'll enjoy the food because it is absolutely worth your money. I can recall the times after a stressful meeting or work assignment that I sought comfort in the... More

They serve the best Chicken Bryani - in Arabic it's called Mandi/Khabsa chicken. There is one more chicken bryani variety that I can't recall now. The chicken kebab is good as well. We once tried the lamb bryani - the lamb itself was very soft, tender but lacked the flavour. Probably wasn't marinated well. Chicken variety tastes much better. The... More
