Good lamb kebabs and falafel, little on expensive side. Service was quick, but perfect change from rice and noodles.

Sometimes it is a challenge to find good, affordable, interesting vegetarian food while traveling, but this place sure hit the spot. The veggie burger and falafel sandwiches are delicious. I see a lot of reviews mentioning a lack of flavor in the meat items - I don't know if this is true, but the veggie items are perfect. I tried... More

Kuching has so many eating places that are simply mediocre, and this i'm afraid, is another to add to the list. Had the lamb kebab, which was devoid of good flavours, and the meat was not lean enough. The pita bread was bland and both this and the meat was not hot.Somehow the whole dish didnt taste particularly fresh. When... More

I am craving for Arabian's food so i take a visit at this place. The place is nice, so do the menu on the board. So, i order one of the kebab. All i can say is, i can taste tooooo much of garlic. Guys, please put some flavor for it! Well, I like the chicken. :)

Half-hearted customer service, didn't speak!. Need training maybe in Manila, Bangkok or Istanbul. The restaurant and kitchen is not so 'Arabian' but good try on food serving at least, as there is not much choice in town (no competitor). Need more enthusiasm.

Nice, fresh salad. Comforting hummus. Tasty kebabs. Fries were good, you could tell they change the oil regularly. Most importantly, they do not use MSG. I live in Kuching and eat out almost every meal - I can tell u how difficult it is to find healthier options. Also quite charming to sit outside and watch the world go by

Went there yesterday for lunch. Ordered kebab and samosa. It was good, served with fresh ingredients and with a smile. The place was empty as it was 4pm but you could guess how easy going this place is, as it was managed by 3 very kind youngsters. Price is very attractive too (around 10rm the kebab) Of course if you... More

I came to Hubbaba because of TripAdvisor reviews. Yes, the place looks okay. (Washroom is a bit dysfunction though). I ordered 2 kebabs for me and my friend. However, both of us did not like the taste of kebab. The sauce and vegetables were missing in those kebabs. Overall, I would not recommend to spend your precious time and money... More

I'm craving for kebab for awhile and came to search for kebab in Kuching, there I found hubbaba, saw good comments and written there a highly recommended Arabic restaurant , feel disappointed when I first got there and the order comes late, taste was so bad, they don't marinate the kebab, tasteless. Price to purchase the kebab is not reasonable.
