Delicious and cheap

I went there with two other people for lunch. We were able to get a table straight away. The service was fast and staff helpful. Unfortunately, they had run out of chicken curry. We ended up ordering mutton and fish curry on banana leaf, a roti canai and a roti murtabak. The food was presented... read more

This eating house is like many carry stops in KK. Nothing special Good Roti and Dosa but forget the chutney that goes with it...like water no taste. Carries are full of uncooked curry powder. Service on the other hand is quick and friendly. This restaurant is no match for the Indian restaurants in K.L.

There's one really recent review, which is quite remarkable since we tried to go here on Feb 8th (Sunday) and yesterday but it was closed both times and no sign or anything about the opening hours. Went there around 7-8 p.m. If you'll try to locate it look up the street name on Google maps. It's not that far from... More

We were in Kota Kinabalu for a short stay fr late October till early November 2014 and our local friend took us there for lunch. It was crowded for a weekday but we were very blessed that we had a table just after waiting not more than 10 minutes, phew! We had the nasi briyani on banana leaf of course... More

Fantastic curry selection within city centre, easy to find parking and excellent service. The best choice is banana leaf with special 'tenggiri' fry. Dont miss the 'teh tarik' as dessert..

Authentic southern India's cuisine. Deep fried mackerel was delicious. Good condiments. Excellent service where they clear your table after meal.

My favourite Indian restaurants around the city ! I find it affordable & the staff are so friendly . Their roti canai are flakey just the way I like it ! Best banana lead in the city I must say ..

It is one of the famous places for curry fish head and banana leaf. I specially love the condiments on the side like the pudina mint and mango acar, simply the bomb and so is the mango lassi! I just wished pricing is more transparent as it rarely conforms to what is written on the board. Service is average. E.g.... More
