Romantic dinner!

Had a dinner on Friday night with my wife during our recent stay at the hotel. The Village offer a dining experience by the lake, a great venue for privacy and a feeling of seclusion. I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday at a nice new place with my kids...I planned to make it in the weekend and that matched the valentine's day! I chose the village restaurant at pullman hotel putrajaya cause we liked the city there especially the lake view. We went there for the valentine's buffet BBQ dinner..the atmosphere there with the... We spent new year eve here. Very quite place and nice food. I especially liked their ice creams and mango puddings. Overall, very satisfied from the service. A thing that i would note as a downside would be absence of signage - we spent about 15 minutes to locate the restaurant inside Pullman.

Getting to the hotel, if you are not familiar is an adventure by itself. Poor signages around Putrajaya makes coming here stressful. Road junctions become hazardous with unclear lanes/signages to take before turning. Hotel location is a quiet area which makes it seem a bit eerie to be at night. Ample parking due to less visitors. From the lobby, getting... More

My wife and I couldn't help lamenting how such a nice place could be so empty. A great venue for privacy and a feeling of seclusion but the lack of a crowd means no atmosphere. The Pullman itself is a massive sprawling resort which is unfortunately a feature of the overdevelopment of Putrajaya. I am hoping that it is just... More

The Village is not open on a Monday and so we ate at "B's" restaurant in the Pullman, trying the international buffet. The food was not very fresh and only luke warm. In the Indian section, there was no meat curry, or any fish dish in any of the sections. The beef was very tough and the duck very roughly... More

Has an evening meal here but not staying at the hotel. Location is stunning - right on the lake with great views. Despite rustic design there is good aircon - which makes it very pleasant on a hot evening. Meal was buffet with good variety of dishes - but nothing outstanding - fairly average fare. Waiter service for drinks was... More

Pullman Putrajaya lake is a beautiful, man made, lake which is a nice, cozy, calm and quiet place to chill and relax. In that ambiance, this small place to eat is a small gem
