Nice environment, broad selection of food

The environment was really good. We went there several times since the food is really diverse, inexpensive, and good. I would recommend, especially if in big groups.

This is a tourist friendly hawker centre that allows folks to sample local food in one place - its loud and pretty hot but cheap and cheerful - last tiem I was there they had Boney M tracks on a loop ! Go figure

We a group of 14 visitors visit Red Garden. This place is indoor and is only three block from our Hotel Eastern Oriental. It has all the food stalls listed as the best in Tripadvisors. We tied Kimpo Famous Roast for the best roast duck in Penang. Highly recommended. Sea foods, satay, and everything under this building. We can not... More

The place for a great Asian food experience. Had pork belly, fried oyster, and the best pork veggies I ever tried with a great Carlsberg beer deal. The price is reasonable. I advise eating a bit from different stalls for a great experience !

Lots of food stalls so you really are spoilt for choice. There is live music every night and a great atmosphere. Waiter service for beer and soft drinks too.

We wanted one night of feasting on as much Street cuisine as possible. We sampled a few hawker chefs, but in the end finished here. Had a couple of local samples which were quality and the service was impressive all round. Recommend!

Lots of choose from. Spacious. Serves alcohol and local drinks. The oyster omelet was good but pretty pricey.

Look a bit harder to find the local food areas, and not a garden in sight. There is a local food (garden) around/on lebuh Kimberly which is far better food wise

There's a wide variety of cuisines on offer here: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, pizzas and western food etc etc The satays are very good and I loved the choices of dumplings at the Northeast China dumpling stall eg pickled cabbage & pork. The place is attractive and has a friendly atmosphere. It's not as cheap as hawker food on the... More

Not much to say about this place. The whole foodcourt offers a jumble of international food, there are Western style food outlets as well as some standard Chinese and Thai ones. All of which seemed expensive and none of which offered the local Penang flavours we wanted. I've seen foodcourts like this elsewhere so I just didn't think it had... More
