BEST ICE KACANG AND CENDUL

I am purely focusing on the ice-kacang and cendul by Tony. He stall is located in the mid section of the food court. What sets his ice-kacang apart from the others is the flavouring and the use of other ingredients. Ice-kacang is a sweet dessert comprising shaved ice, red bean, grass jelly, sweet... read more

Whip me with a wet noodle, if you must. I suppose I deserve some kind of penance for the following confessions: It looks OK, and tastes OK, but it’s shadow char kway teow. It really isn’t the same char kway teow from Lorong Selamat or MacAlister Roundabout. It’s a shadow of that char kway teow. In a word, it was... More

Wide variety of Penang hawker food under one roof, with ample parking space. At night when the stalls close, there is a Chinese chu char, food is good & affordable price.

Good variety and taste. Wouldn't call the chicken rice best in anywhere but it's ok. Pasembur is good. The fried noodles are good as well. Always a fan of the fresh sugar cane. simple, cheep and cheerful. Not for family with infants though.

As Penang food are abundant throughout the island and to find them isn't much of a problem, I would rather choose to highlight what's good in the Batu Lanchang market. The benefit of this place is that the service is pretty fast and so you won't be left dire in hunger for long. Some recommendations that you ought to try... More

Most of you surely never tried or heard of the fried rice here but i can guarantee you its really yummy!! My favourite will be the tomyam fried rice but there are also belacan fried rice, pineapple fried rice, tomato fried rice, salted fish fried rice. The nasi lemak is also a must try but its very limited....cheers everyone!!
