At about US$25 per head for a full 9-course dinner including a combination cold dish, sharks fin soup (I did NOT do the ordering as I don't do sharks fin), steamed snapper, whole suckling pig, this place is great value considering that Malaysia is no longer a cheap place for dining. Do not expect great ambience as this place is... More

It was my first visit to the restaurant together with my superiors and business associates. We let the restaurant management decide on the menu and we were surprised by their choices of dishes. They served us seafood kerabu and deep fried pastry with salted egg yolk as appetizer. Main dishes were - stir fry Iberico pork, thai style curry with... More

This was recommended to us by our tour guide. We had spring rolls and suckling pig. The food was GREAT. The service was a little over the top, we had five people waiting on us. All for only $20.00 Australia dollar

We went inside I had abad feeling about the place and the food was edible but the worst Chinese I have ever had. I live in Australia and Chinese is part of our culture. The food was ordinary and expensive for Penang. Definitely a trap.

We have 8 courses Chinese New Year dinner there. The foods are terrible. Tasteless and ingredients are not fresh. Service are very bad and the restaurant hires foreign workers to serve its customers. Our suckling pig was wrongly serve to other table and serve us the same suckling pig. The restaurant reluctant to change the new suckling pig for us.... More

The food are simply amazing to keep us coming back every time we visited Penang, my favorite dish is the Cod fish Marinated with teriyaki sauce, scallop with egg white, and the sweet and sour soup (mmm.. Mouth watering just by talking about it), and my family are very fancy about their roasted pig and roasted duck, and also the... More

A regular haunt for dinner when we visit our family in Penang. Great cuisine and variety of pork dishes are just amazing. A lovely family ambiance restaurant - simple but happy. The quality and quantity is good and regularly we end up over eating. Worth every bit and very reasonably priced.

My friend recommended this restaurant for lunch and not disappointed. The food was well cooked and good portion sized. I really love fried tofu, looks simple but very delicious. And shouldn’t miss steamed fish…very tasty! Good service and lovely waitress.

We had a great reasonably priced meal here tonight. The crispy piglet was tasty ... We ordered delicious green asparagus and Baby Kai Lan. Stir fried noodles and prawn with cashew nut. All washed down with copious amounts of Chinese tea. Within easy walking distance of E&O hotel. Worth a visit

you may be able to taste some authentic chinese food there, but do prepare to pay a bit more for its environment and service.
