For any visitors who appreciate the historical and architectural treasure of Georgetown, look no further than The Site is a unique restaurant and museum which serves excellent western food. The all time favourite lamb rack is highly recommended.

The place is a delight to visit. the is good serving Asian and western fusion. The ambiance is very pleasant. The restaurant is actually a businessman's of the 1800's town house. There are some articles of historic value (antique) which is for viewing. The quality of food is excellent. The price is consistent with the quality.

This was the second time that we were there and once again, it was closed. Its opening hours are noon to 3 pm and 6 pm onwards for dinner. However, the staff was nice enough to allow us to have drinks which we desperately need as it was so hot outside. The place was beautiful. It was tastefully restored. The... More

As part of Georgetown's UNESCO status, here is a beautifully restored Chinese heritage home. - do visit upstairs to see the formal dining room with ancestral altar and courtyard festooned with tropical plants. The dinner is however not heritage or Chinese but Western - beef onion soup, duck, steak, pasta all done well and although not fine dining standards cf.... More

Really lovely restaurant, which is hard to find in Georgetown, as most are too unhygienic to even consider walking in, unless you have a death wish. Food of a very high standard, friendly unobtrusive service, great ambience, deserts are beautifully presented. You must try this restaurant, especially if you are western, what do you want cheap unclean eating places or... More

Food is ridiculously overpriced while the food quality is nothing to brag. Had the worst mushroom soup here, worst than a canned soup. Tenderloin was good. Ambiance was the only thing worth paying for here.

Fine dining without being too expensive. Eaten here at least a dozen times and never had anything but good food. My wife and I will go here by ourselves or we will take our Western Visitors here who are nervous or anxious about dirty noisy Makans. If you have someone you want to treat to good food with soft gentle... More

The building is beautiful and the food is quite expensive so you would expect it to be quite tasty but it is not. It is very nicely presented but tastes very bland. We left feeling we could have gotten better food for a cheaper price from most other restaurants.

From the outside, the restaurant's exterior facade does not look like much. Inside however, the restaurant boast of gorgeous interior that blends modem chic with old school charm without loosing its core Penang heritage. The service was good, though the foreign waiter's accent was a little difficult to understand at times. The menu was quite a delight and we had... More
