Situated in Gurney Plaza & a good place to partake of a typical Chinese meal for lunch whilst in the Plaza shopping. Apparently recently opened & a clean eatery with good service for a meal of reasonably priced food.

While staying at the G Hotel I saw this restaurant close by and it always looked busy so thought id give it a try. The menu was big and there were photos to go with each item. I ordered a soup and a range of dumplings. Wow the flavours were amazing! I was very impressed and the price was good... More

The noodles are good but the signature Dragon~I drink, was quite disappointing me. Its a totally 'Sugar~added' passionfruit drink, which you can easily find it from any grocery store. I make fresh fruit juice with my breakfast every morning so I can easily tell if it's Real or concentrated!

My fiancee and I have eaten at several Dragon restaurants in Malaysia (KL and Penang) over the past few years (I guess it is a chain). I am completely obsessed with the soup filled dumplings that I believe are called Shanghai dumplings. They are the most delicious thing on the planet! Everytime I go to Malaysia, I have to have... We ordered their xiao long bao, sea food fried rice and beef lamien no spicy. Lamien is very tasty even for my little girl. My wife order the fried rice, its portion is big enough for 2. just like the other chinese restaurant, there is a little bit noisy. Food is good, very well service, price is fair while they charged... My usual favourite: Xiao Long Bao, stir fried diced chicken with dried chilli, ramen, custard bun and char koay kak. Don't go for those fried rice as it's not worth it. U can order the plain ramen and a few side dishes to share. Do try their specialty drinks.

For travellers like me who have enjoyed Chinese (particularly Cantonese food) in their whole life, the food served by Dragon-i is not unique. Quality of food is pretty good especially the "Xiao Long Bao", which comes with the vinegar and ginger without prompting. The skin was thick enough to hold the soup but not excessively chewy. We also ordered the... More

This is one of the frustrating things when you find a great restaurant but the service puts you off enough to not want to return. The staff, to echo other comments, were a little stuck up. The low level of customer service did not match the standard of the food they were serving. If you can look past the slow... More

Quite popular restaurant but I don't really like the food. The problem is in the QC. Certain days the food tastes very nice and other days they are disappointing esp you order the wrong dish.
