Cant denied tandoori is delicious, however the chubby indian lady taking care cashier on first floor was rude and arrogant. She need to improved her customer service and be polite as what Malaysian people. Restaurant is wet in floor especially raining day and slippery. Seems the shop owner care more on money instead safety for customers. When busy time all... More

Located on Chulia Street, George Town, this gem of a restaurant is certainly worth a try. We normally order the Tandoori Chicken Set, which is served on a Thali, accompanied by pilaf rice, yoghurt salad, mint chutney & a tamarind chutney. You can also order a dhal. The tandoori has always been succulent, good consistent portions & quality. This is... More

Busy street and a lot of people. Waiting time for food to be served is quite long. The naan cheese is delicious. Eat together with Ayam Tandori.

This is possibly the best Indian food in Penang. My wife and I dropped in for lunch today and enjoyed Tandoori chicken, chicken vindaloo and mutton biryani. If you are after silver service, then this is not the place for you. However if you like the aromas of Indian spices, the sounds of people chatting, and just plain sensational Indian... More

Outside dining area is more inviting than the dark, stuffy inside. The ice lemon tea was too sweet for me but nice balance between tea & lemon, the nasi lemak ayam goreng was good & the fried chicken was big, the roti boom was ok & the nan was soft & generously big. Price was ok for a mamak restaurant

Well, this is the review from two recent visits. Last Wednesday evening and today at just after 3 this afternoon. Things have changed in our little slice of India in Georgetown. Definetly since the Ramadan that I visited it a few years back with my wife. During my evening visit I had the famous chicken tandoori. Same as ever, but... More

They served the best lamb briyani. Very succulent and juicy. The lamb perfectly grilled. Do try their fried masala lamb, tender and just melt in your mouth.
