A comfortable setting but uninspired menu with the usual fast food fares, ice cream, etc. Good spot to catch up on e-ail as they have Wi-Fi.

Another restaurant that we pay for environment, not the food. The food was just so-so. The price is average but not recommended for once a week. To be honest, I would only come here if I have clients. Most of the time I prefer eat at normal restaurant which offer better taste and price. The service is fast and they... More

What all 3 of these brands have in common? TERRIBLE coffee. And this is the worst of the lot. It's not cheap, and it's certainly isn't worth the time to visit ANY of this brand's outlet because the service is HORRIBLE. There are hundreds of coffee shops from local kopitiam to unique ones scattered around town area, why come here?

Went in for lunch and wanted to order off the fixed set menu. Ordered our coffee first because it took a very long time the previous day. When ordering food, we wanted the set (includes coffee) and had to point to what we wanted because the server did not speak much English. Surprise came when we got the bill and... More

Getting a packet of takeaway Iced White Coffee priced at RM2.10 (as at July 2014) is a MUST whenever I am in Ipoh. It's rich aroma and sweetness is rightful to taste and perfect for a non coffee lover like myself. Yes... believe it or not, this is the ONE AND ONLY white coffee that I drink! (:

We stay in the mboutique hotel, directly at the old town coffee. The location is great, nice place to be and to chill. Staff isn't good and very slow... From the hotel we get an voucher for breakfast, egg or "tuna sandwich" and only one coffee. The food wasn't tasty. Tuna sandwich does not contain tuna but frites. The prices... More

After reading all the wonderful reviews for this hotel, my family and I decided to try out the Old Town White Coffee at this hotel. The hotel is new and we are actually quite impressed with the interior design. Service wise, there's a long way to go. We stood there for more than 5 minutes and no one actually attended... More

Due to the name of Old Town white coffee, I really went there to try, ordered an Iced coffee and take away. They packed coffee in a plastic bag, it is special for us, but it is usual in Malaysia and Thailand. For me, it is not extremely tasty, but worth for a try and take some pics.

On one of the busiest days of the year, one may think they would put on extra staff........NO! We had to fill in our own order, which in other stores is done for you. Then they brought us the wrong food and upon leaving tried to charge us for the incorrect order. Upon checking our order, it was rectified. Won't... More
