This place was close to the hotel where I was staying and they promoted the Chicken Rice as their main speciality. Thankfully I ordered a side dish because the chicken portion was almost "Nouvelle Cuisine" size and it was more bones than flesh.

Went and found this restaurant today for lunch, place is modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite, tried their signature chicken and rice dish, very good and a bargain at only 5.50 RM !! Think i'll go back later and try something else !!

Nice chicken with good servings and reasonable prices (~5.50RM per main). Interesting drinks to try too. Give the fried ice cream a miss if you like yours with a crispy batter layer; they use a bread bun with ice cream filling (it's still nice though, if a little sweet)

It is worth bypassing Penang entirely for this delicious and affordable food. It has a great variety and is located in a 1906 building. The place maintains a generous price with 5 star quality.

Visited this chicken rice shop after hearing some good things about it. I'm glad to report that it does taste as good as they say! It opens at 9.00am till 11.00pm (last orders at 10.30pm). One thing good about this restaurant is that it is halal, whereby most of its staff are Muslim. However, that is bad news for non-Muslims,... More

The chicken rice by itself was nice and fragrant but the roasted chicken which I had was a bit dry and salty like as if it's done the day before. Maybe the steamed version might have been better. ... but was told it's finished. Beansprouts was nice so it's the spicy calamander. Overall would give it 7/10.
