must try the herbal chicken but must go early before it was sold out. this is their signature dish. originally named as beggers' chicken. it is still written on their signboard. seafood is ok but fresh. prices are cheap.

This definitely the best restaurant in Kuantan. Value for money and the food is fantastic. Recommended dish would be their beggar chicken. If you are planning to visit this restaurant, make sure you make an early reservation and order your food while making your reservation or else you will end up having to wait for your food. The fish dishes... More

Very good & cheap price food. We dine at 7pm+ but the restaurant still a little stuffy, less parking (parked at back alleys). Recommend: Special Sizzling King Prawns & Mixed Fruit Juice Pork Rib With Yam Ring

Excellent cheap food. Non halal with pork dishes. Need to come early as the place is packed with people. No aircond and coffee shop style.

I am not lives in Kuantan, recommended by a resort worker on this restaurant. Heading to this place by using GPS. We did not make any reservation, end up we have to wait for an hour for the food to serve. If you would like to try their food, recommended to call and order your dishes. The food will serve... More

I went at 830. No problem with getting seats nor parking. Good food. Fish, sotong and veg for 2 came up to rm34. Very friendly staff.

The only delicious item was the beggar chicken. The buttermilk prawn was so so. The yam basket while fresh was nothing unusual. Food was cheap though. Fish was fresh but cooking was standard. Better go there with reservations or else you have to wait around to pounce on a leaving table. Service was haphazard. Took our orders but the food... More

Cheap seafood but must be there by 6pm for dinner or else the restaurant will be overcrowded. I was there during the Chinese New Year week. Wanted to try the buttermilk prawn but not available. Ended up ordering fish in tomato sauce, kangkung belacan and homemade tofu with minced pork.

Although parking can be a challenge and seating is limited - or non-existent - after 6:30, the food here is ALWAYS fabulous. Anytime we've had friends or family visit us in Kuantan, we've brought them here, and they were all impressed. My husband and I always order the sizzling prawns (you can also do chicken+prawn or have it with chicken... More
