One of the best halal delicious signature curry/laksa around town with a history way back 80's. Served well with shredded chicken.

Read about this place online before our trip to Kuantan and made sure we visited this place. It was a 20 minutes drive from our hotel, but the drive was absolutely worth it. Service is brisk with the menu mainly compromising thai-style dishes. The assam fish is amazing, and comes with a free refill, which made it even better.

This is more like a local kopitiam but serve the best mee curry in Kuantan. It is a halal restaurant. Many customers will be waiting outside to be sitted. They serve typical mee curry with lots of chicken slices, fish ball and bean curds. There are also dried noodle serve in soy sauce with curry soup. Hope you all can... More

Small bowl of mee but very tasty. Price is reasonable too. The restaurant was crowded with just one stall, selling curry mee.Just few steps from the Teluk Cempedak.

This restaurant is apparently very famous for delicious curry noodles. However the level of spicyness or 'heat' may mean this is not the kind of food for caucasians. Food is fair but cleanliness needs a bit improving. Can't stand the two odd irritating flies buzzing at my feet. Still, recommended. The eatery is however out of Kuantan town at Teluk... More

Fresh ingredients and good curry based noodles. They have non curry based but I prefer curry based, more tasty and spicy. Long queue in breakfast time around 9 -10 am. Have normal and jumbo size. Price consider cheap.

Came here during the weekend. Place was packed to the brim!! The shop itself is quite small so we need to sit outside and it was a warm day. Waited almost 30 minutes for an average bowl of curry noodles. Not bad just that we had better elsewhere. The saving grace of that bowl of noodle is definitely the 'pak... More

i think this is probably the best curry mee place in Kuantan. The restaurant has been around for ages and is also located very near the famed Teluk Chempedak beach. Restaurant though chinese owned is halal so the place is very crowded with both malays and non malays...

Very delicious curry mee! The drink was nice too. Portion was a little bit small, ended up ordering and finishing 2 bowls.

For a Malaysian who have eaten so much, I can't say that Hoi Yin serves the best curry noodle (I had better elsewhere but not in Kuantan). At times (especially weekend) you have to queue up for tables during breakfast. I don't really like queuing so most of the time I would look for another places if I could not... More
