Popular Satay in Kuantan

Satay Zul is popular in Kuantan. I wonder why? The satay & peanut gravy is tasty. However, it is not my favorite. Service was slow. Live football was on the TV screen where Pahang was playing. I guess, that is why the service was slow as the staffs was watching the game. I notice the cook (pembakar... read more

My favourite was the chicken satay, it taste so great with the sauce given. I has their 'Rusa' satay, I personally not the fan of it but my boyfie so hooked in with it and also teh lamb one. Will re-visit again if I go Kuantan.

Had only 1 stick and it was really good! Our host gave me one to try and I loved it! Not much fat and apparently the wait was really long for this. Unfortunately when I went it was closed (I think they close during the day) so we didnt really try in full portion.

We were delighted by the variety of the satay. We tried goat, rabbit, chicken heart and of course chicken and beef. All were delicious, the meat of the rabbit was a bit tougher than the other meat. The peanut sauce for dipping was tasty and quite thick. As dessert we ordered Mango with sticky rice and coconut milk which was... More

44 ringgit for 30 sticks of lamb chicken beef and drinks. I could not expect more from them. Service is sweet and with a smile. We were the only foreigners in the restaurant but it was not disturbing. Malays are really open minded. Sticks are stunning as there is almost no fat at all and they are nice and thick.... More

Food here was good, though service quite slow, but place definitely not nice. Limited parking- have to park by roadside, at a turn..limited seats, poor ventilation in the restaurant causing warm, uncomfortable time for us...unless you plan for take-away, find another place

May b the most presentable and easy accessibility by many. Yes the satay were thick and fresh however the satay perut was not cut accordingly. The kuah satay was bit 'pahit', this due to not properly select the kacang before grinding, May be some rotten kacang in place. The layout and setting was well kept and the staff need to... More

Satay here is really good Cooked well and no fat in between... The gravy was too little, so we have to keep asking them to top up for us Also must try rabbit satay
