Nice and homely place

Food is very affordable with a good selection of meat and vegetables. Flies seems to be a common problem throughout the highlands. But food is generally clean in the more established stalls.

Please avoid this restaurant else you will regret big time. We ordered sweet and sour pork and the pork has a rotten taste. We also ordered vegetables but it was laden with carbon from the wok. Absolutely horrible and unhealthy. Service was bad and the cutlery and glasses were extremely dirty. Avoid at all cost.

We packed back some food to the apartment as kids were tired to eat out - 5 packets in all: A fried egg dish, a mixed tofu dish, a chicken dish and 2 types of vegetables + rice. Total of RM$105. It is quite appalling prices considering they are really simple dishes and nothing extraordinary. Guessed it's because we are... More

Had steamboat dinner with add on side dishes on 21 June 2015. Per pax was RM30 which is RM10 more expensive than the restaurant next door. The Vege variety and chili sauce was also not as good as the restaurant next door. The fish ball was not bouncy and the fish slices was not fresh. However the additional dish that... More

The food was served but without spoons, chopsticks, and the drinks ordered are very slow to serve. Not recommended while during pack holiday season.

Service was commendable less the steamboat soup was not strong enough. Also, the piped-in music was set to repeat itself from the time my wife and I entered till we left :s Further, there was this dog that likes to hang around the eatery and kept slipping under our table which was disturbing. The good point was the eatery 'reserved'... More

Portion of vegetable was small for the price paid and disproportionate to plate size Wan Tan Hoe tasted average Singapore Mee Hoon was burnt, less ingredients and the WORST part was found a fried FLY in the dish !
