Good and I love it with the blue rice. You should try the nasi kerabu and ayam percik. And I never forget the taste.

Although this shop is popular for ayam percik. Actually one can get better ayam percik elsewhere in Kota Bharu. Service is rather slow. Drinks are over price. You will be charge if you request for sambal (local Chilly sauce).

When the chicken (ayam percik) pieces were served, my children asked if it was chicken covered in vomit. So unappetizing looking, and the chicken was cold, even my neighbourhood Malay restaurants make better ayam percik than Yati. The vegetable that came in a clump with the rice was horrible as well. Drinks overly sweet. Restaurant floor and table greasy and... More

Taste of Kelantan favourite rice with salads, served with grilled chicken & coconut milk sauce. We ordered grilled beef..quite salty. Overall the service was fast. But the surroundings was dirty..need to improve housekeeping.

Came for dinner & definitely worth it! The portion is adequate & the "ayam percik" is to die for. We also tried the daging bakar (grilled beef) & we ordered second. Definitely will come again.

We were recommended this restaurant by the local tourist information office, for the ayam (chicken) percik and nasi (rice) kerabu. We were too late for the leg portions of the grilled chicken ( normally much better than the breast portions), so arrive earlier than 7-8 pm, if you want those. Still absolutely delicious, especially the rice, never eaten anything like... More

Ayam percik (BBQ chicken with coconut milk) is authentic Kelantan food. Yati is well known for this. You can also get some other tasty local food at the restaurant. The place is clean. It opens at 5pm.

The nasi kerabu and solok lada were excellent!!! Humble, spare restaurant with lots of Kelantanese heart in the cooking! The ayam percik - mouth wateringly good! Highly, recommended for visitors and locals alike!!!
