love the coffee and the kaya toast. the ambiance of the restaurant is also nice. White house has the old charm of what a kopitiam should be like. It' usually opens in the morning and at night. If you want to know how a kopitiam is like years ago, this is the place you should be.

Some friends 'black-listed' this place long ago but we refused to judge it before giving it a try. Food are expensive and overrated. Inconsistent business hours. Bad service. Worst of all, showed us their stuck up faces as if we have no money to pay! Definitely NO next time.

i wonder why is it so popular. the toast are very expensive, being serve in such a lace. we took four sets of toast but was quite surprise for the price, whereby we could get dinner at the nearby place.

Visiting Kota Bahru Kelantan without going to have coffee at the White House Coffee Shop is like not visiting Kota Bharu at all. It's a kopi tiam that one can try out local foods such as nasi dagang, nasi lemak and roti kahwin. The teh tarik is nice but you need to request for very little sugar.
