The food here is great!

There may have been some shinaganens with the crabs, i picked two crabs that were the same size and when one arrived it was about half the size of the other. THink it might have been given to another table. Curry mussels? Hell yes! Note the sea snails were a bit crunchy and not in the escargot... read more

Visited this place for the first time after several suggestions by my friends. This place was run by local Chinese village people. The restaurant was build on the water. So you can expect sea water smell during your visit. I had 3 dishes that day. Indonesian prawn curry, Kamheong mud crab & steam sea bass Hongkong style. The star for... More

The food is average but the seafood is really fresh. It maybe due to public holiday there was a huge crowd the food wasn't as tasty as what some of friends raved about. However the seafood was fresh so was a plus point. This place is very popular with Singaporeans.

Nothing to shout about place, steep prices and service needs more improvement, not very tact servers working there

My last visit to Todak was a few years ago and I was surprised to see the place already packed by 6+ pm even on a rainy day. But due to the rain the open air area was off limits. By the time we finished dining, the open space area were filling up. We had the black pepper crabs, steam... More

Restaurant Todak is an Orang Asli eatery with fresh catches straight from the water or boats. With the new coastal highway, visitors now need to take a long turn near Taman Megah Ria/Tmn Rinting before using the old road. We love the chilli crabs and the spicy lala with curry leaves. Weekdays are best time to come as the crowd/queues... More

It has a beautiful view out into the sea and Singapore. Gets very crowded even on a weekday so go early. The lala dish is the best I've had in Malaysia for sure and the otak otak makes for an excellent appetiser

VIsited a week before CNY during the last weekend. We visited there early around 1715 hrs. Luckily we were early, half of the restaurant already being reserved. Sun still hanging middle of the sky. We have our seats, but we wont get to choose the variety of the seafood that we wanted. Especially the crab which just arrived (air flown)... More

Visited this restaurant and found this is absolutely a great place for seafood and to invite friends and famiy along. Many types of fishes, crabs, clams & shell with reasonable price.
