I have heard about this Pub from a friend and decided to have an experience of it on an weekend. I visited the Pub with a friend last week and my experience is exhilrating. The Pub is well decorated inside and quite spacious. Being a week end, the joint was absolutely jam packed and some english music was making the... More

Delicious indian food, good beer Bad service, rough and cheating waitress :( Many tables were reserved and we had to sit at the bar. But even after 1 hour nobody never came to reserved tables.

Every working day there's a different lunch menu, which includes a soup, main course with salad and a soft drink. Not a bad option for a quick and tasty meal in the center of Almaty. Besides lunch, there's a large assortment of beers (both packed and draught), which rule the environment.

The indian food here is excellent - really worth going for. Unfortunately I don't see much else there to get excited about. The bank card payment machine is consistently not working, the TV screens are poor quality (or maybe it's the connection) and don't always show the big matches. The service is pretty good and, for expats, the staff speak... More

Great food, great atmosphere. Made to feel very welcome, we were a party of 8, and the owner Sam came over to chat, a good decent bloke. The curry is excellent, better than many a curry house back in the UK. Good prices too, try it you will not be disappointed!

Very good curry, fish and chips. Even have some American pub food such as burgers and pizza. If you are lucky, you will be there on a day when they have London Pride on tap! Only gripe is that the credit card terminal appears to never work - this is a major inconvenience as Almaty has developed enough in general... More

Had dinner here and the food was very good quality. Service was nice and the whole bar looks very good inside. Nice place to visit and wind down after a days work.

Loving that Shakespeare keeps its level from the very opening of the bar! Well done guys. In general nice choice of drinks and foods, cozy ambient and really good service.

Food was good and service was ok. I went there with friends for the "pub" experience in Almaty. More to my surprise was they had the English Premier League on a large screen TV and - for me - that was it. After having rather token sports on the hotel TV I was happy to have found this place.
