After a long day in office, this place was a nice place to relax. The city almost goes to sleep at 8:00 PM due to winter, this place was bustling with activity. A wide range of drinks to select from and an extensive menu that will delight almost any nationality. The staff was courteous and what was surprising was on... More

If you want delicious and yummi Europian and Indian food, this is the right pub to visit. You can enjoy there with a lot of expatriates and tourists. Staff is kind and English speaking. You should try Tikka Masala and Biryani.

Usually busy expat crowd. Food is consistent and reasonably priced for Almaty. Byriani is great dish. Steak and eggs for dinner is also good. Pizza etc... Reservations are needed for peek hours. Many regulars.

I enjoyed the Guinness. However the small portion of Shepherd`s Pie with choice of Mash or Chips included did not excite me. Sadly the food pricing compared to quality/portion is expensive verging on rip-off.

If all else fails, you can always end up in this place and have a nice time. There is a very chill and laid back staff here that speak quite good English. A lot of expat professionals and business men come here to have a few drinks, have a late night dinner, and/or watch some European football matches. Sometimes the... More

Almaty is a very nice and beautiful city in Kazakhstan. The famous street in centre named Dostyk but nowadays it have to called the English street because a lot of cafes and pubs are called as English: Irish pub or Mad Murphy, Sheakspear, Dickens, Guinness etc.
