Was expecting more based on reviews. Not awful. Just not wonderful either. A bit too touristy for my taste.

We recommend this as an awesome local experience in Naha. Great service, food, and atmosphere. We ate the Jimami (peanut tofu), Goya pickle dish, rice with pork, sweet potato fries (as recommended) and beni-imo desserts. The music was great and a very friendly ending to the evening! (And bonus - free parking!)

We just got back from dinner at Paikaji. The food is amazing (try to Jimami tofu - made from peanuts, and the sweet potato fries - they`re purple!), the restaurant itself is done in incredibly beautiful Okinawa style, there`s outdoor seating, the greeters wear traditional Okinawan `kimonos` and there are wandering sanshin (3-string instrument) players everywhere it seems.
