It's a typical Food Court on top of one of Kagoshima's famous Yamakataya Department store. You can shop til you drop and have casual dining here before you head out or just taking a break before hitting the shopping again. Best known for their "katayakisoba" stir fried noodles, but i like mine in soup, so i'll order the "champon", soup... More
